How great was that scene with Edward at Tracy's bedside? I could watch the two of them for an hour every day. Maxie and Johnny have been pretty damned
good, too.

GH spent some money on the production values. It used to be that action sequences on soaps were horribly cheesy. Not so much today.

Nobody yet. Just a lot of running around, yelling orders to GET OUT and Sonny being his genius self firing a gun at a rack of oxygen tanks in a flaming
hallway.

anything important happen? for instance- did Kate tell ANYONE that CLaudia is responsible for Michael's coma? did Trevor kill anyone/get killed? is the friggin' I'm so bored with this storyline. when will it end? |

Kate told Sonny many times she had something VERY important to tell him, and it would only take a minute, and he needed to listen, and he'd really want to
hear it and by the time she got all that out he was gone again. Much more effective than just taking 4 seconds to say "Claudia hired Devlin." (Olivia
destroyed the DVD, so it's all pretty much moot anyway.) A bunch of people met Emily/Rebecca and there was much shock and awe. They got a load of people
off the roof by helicopter after two days of 'ZOMFG THE WIND! IT WILL NEVER WORK!'
Oh and Jax almost died, but he's okay now. |

Yes! This was driving me nuts! Just fucking tell them what's on the dvd for god's sake! I really liked Kate at the beginning, but they've finally made me hate her. And Olivia is a bitch. She really irritates me. Carly looks great in the ponytail and scrubs. Less is definitely more with that one. |

also: why would Kate need the dvd? you would think that Sonny would BELIEVE the woman he was nearly married to twice, and that he was in love with right up until today's eppy....when he suddenly seems to be totally over her. He's known her for a long time-- why wouldn't he believe her if she just told him? Instead, she's a total spaz about the whole thing. "oh, sonny-- if I told you that claudia is evil, would you come back to me?" wtf was that? stupid. and now, just because he is staying with claudia, she decides she HATES his guts and wants to get revenge? yeah, I'm finally hating Kate too, and I have a feeling she'll die soon anyway. not a spoiler, just a hunch. |

One would expect a lifelong friend to say, "Hey, guess what? You're married to the person who's responsible for your son being in a coma."
But that would make too much sense. Instead of sharing this important news, this idiot decides to seek out what's in it for her; and when she didn't
get the answer she wanted, she decided to keep this awful secret. What a bitch. When Sonny finds out she knew (and you KNOW he'll find out), he'll hit
the roof and probably be more upset with Kate for keeping the secret than he will be with Claudia for actually committing the act.
We had the same thought last night about Kate's pending demise, Anne. This Rebecca Shaw had better report Nikolas and Lucky to the authorities and seek a restraining order. Not only did Nik follow her all over GH and Mercy, but then for him to be at her hotel threatening the front desk to give him personal information, and then he sics his brother the cop on her for questioning. Oy vey! Suspending belief for the sake of this story, I can only imagine how unsettling it would be to come face to face with someone who looks exactly like a loved one who has died; but come on! Nik is a total creepy stalker and needs to be locked up. (Although, at the same time, we were rooting for Rebecca to die in the fire. Wouldn't that have been hilarious? They bring back this Emily look-a-like only to immediately kill her! Too funny!) |

Oh-- what's up with Lulu's suddenly insecurity about Maxie and Johnny?She's always been insecure - even last year anytime Maxie and Johnny were in the same room, she would freak out. I didn't get it before because Johnny was always her lap dog even though Maxie is clearly more awesome. But ever since he told Lulu to shut up (which was great!) and went to rescue Maxie from a burning building, Johnny's been so whatever about their relationship. I'm happy about that - I prefer them to Lulu and Spinelli (who I used to love but he's becoming annoying from overuse). Lulu will get over it because I bet they're going to hook her up with that guy Luke's been hanging out with.
