I was never a big burger fan when I was a kid but now I have come to value and appreciate them for the things of beauty that they are. The Burger King at the UW-Milwaukee campus was always there for me and got me through many many hard times. Especially the chicken sandwich and the double Whopper! The onion rings and chicken fries are two of the best side items you can get anywhere. The French fries are lackluster. Lately I have been going there for only one thing: the Angry Whopper. This thing has hot cheese, bbq sauce, onion rings, jalapeno peppers, and bacon on it. It is crazy good.

I have Domino's listed as my favorite pizza place because every time I order from there, the food I get is just beyond amazing. I have never had a bad Domino's experience before. The pizza is good but a lot of the side items like Cinnastix are the main reason I order. These things are so good - they are cinnamony and warm and you dip them in this hot frosting stuff. <333 OMG. The boneless wings are amazing too. I pretty much go overboard every time I get this. With no ill regrets!

This is a place that I don't expect anyone to know. I know that I said Domino's was the highest rated pizza place on the list. Technically, Zayna's is a pizza place, but I rarely if ever order their pizza. They have such an amazing list of other entrees, appetizers, desserts, and side orders there. For appetizers, they have Monterey Jack Sticks (fried gooey cheese), Mozzarella sticks, fried cheddar cheese balls, broccoli and cheese poppers (yes, we love our cheese here), fried cauliflower, chicken strips, and much more. They have standard entrees there like lasagna, spaghetti, mostaccoli, and sandwiches. The fried breaded cod sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce is one of the best fish sandwiches I ever had. Their salads, especially the chicken caesar are always good. Zayna's also earns high honors for having the best chocolate shakes I have ever had. Again - not a place anyone would recognize. But one of the places I have ordered from many many times in my life.

I mentioned in the opener that, as a repressed black man, I love my fried chicken. Nobody has better fried chicken than KFC. This is fact. I don't care if they make it all up in the morning and it sits all day. It always tastes amazing to me! I like to get the big bucket with the secret special crispy skin. It is so delish. Their biscuits are also top notch, especially with honey. Occasionally I like to get those little .99 snacker sandwiches, or even the chicken bowl. Throw in mashed potatoes and corn on the side, and I've got a meal guaranteed to fill me up and satisfy me every time. This didn't effect the mark at all, but I must add that every time I go to a KFC now I think of MR KFC and his Friday questions and statements at Sucks. It makes me a little wet each time.
