Yes - Kate put her hair up in one scene and brushed her wet hair from her face after the flashcrash. 3. No rain 4. D - 3 (Jack, Ben, flight attendant calling LAPIDUS... woohoooo) 5. No subtitles 6. B - 1 Jack took a drink of coffee. 7. No - Noone on the island mentioned TDI. 8. No - no games 9. A - 0 No Nose bleeds 10. No - gas station scene. 11. Yes - In the church, behind Jack's head? Also thought I saw a small flower arrangement in the airport bar... and the shot of Jack standing at Jill's door, there were flowers across the street behind him. Pretty sure about the flowers across the street from Jill's door. Aslans is checking all three scenes for me. (eta - aslans said she saw a yellow flower behind Mrs Hawkings head in the church and white flowers in Ray's nursing home) 12. No money Anyone disagree or see something I didn't? Jack was standing on the sidewalk at her door and I thought I saw flowers across the street. (behind him from our POV) I edited that question but not the answer. I kept yelling at Kate to drink the damn coffee though since I guessed 2. They farted all around that breakfast scene with Jack & Kate. I felt like Darlton knew we'd have that question about eating or drinking & they wanted to drag it out as long as possible. It was agony for me.

Funny thing is when Jack had alcohol twice, both times I was silently hoping he didn't drink even if it meant me missing a question. That's true Jack love. : D The butcher's Jill. That's what I said. There is no way of knowing if she could phone home or just to other phones on the plane, so I considered it "talking on a telephone". It doesn't help me at all counting it as a phone call, but I still think there were 3 calls made by phone. And I might pull a Jeremy Bentham if the answer is changed because I already tallied up all the scores. Just waiting for Scamp to give me a thumbs up before I post scores.

The light and flowers in the first shot - that's exactly what I saw behind Jack's head a couple of times when he was sitting in the church. Anyway, flowers YES. I didn't think there would be any debates this time so I did scores last night. Soon as Scamp gives her answer to the phone question, I will post them. If she doesn't count the flight attendant, then you can do the damn scores because I might burst a blood vessel.

Sorry, Felicia, to make you re-calculate. And because so many people posted after the deadline, I'm going to be a harda$$ about this starting next week. Absolutely no late submissions. If you post after the deadline, you get 0 points. Tough, I don't care, don't bother to whine about it. I post the quiz on Mondays, so you have PLENTY of time to post your answers before the deadline. Isn't this supposed to be fun? ::scratches head:: As far as #9, we spoiler people did NOT know that there wouldn't be any nosebleeding shown. In fact, we know very little about the episodes these days, just small facts that do NOT help us on the quiz. JMO.

I guessed from the promos that they wouldn't show any of the Islanders because they'd focus the whole episode on showing how the O6 could get back to the island (of course I had no idea they'd actually get back to the island this ep :p ).

I'm a spoiler person but I swear that it didn't make the answer obvious. This season is unique in that even though we might know who an episode might focus on we have no idea what else might be shown. Last season we had entire episodes spoiled in detail so by your reasoning we should have had all questions thrown out since we had an "advantage". It's OK if you want to rule on it being thrown out & stick to it but I don't feel it's reasonable. But I totally agree with you on the deadline time. You state quite clearly that the deadline is 6 PM Eastern time on Wednesday. We have plenty of time from when the quiz comes out on Monday to the deadline. And I swear, even when there's little argument on the actual interpretation of the questions we still manage to debate the quiz every week. It keeps everything interesting & so very Sucks.

Typically the advantage comes because the spoiled folk know that certain characters won't appear in the episode, so they know right away to pick no or zero as the answer. After seeing the episode, I immediately thought that spoiled folk knew that Sawyer, Juliet, et al weren't in the episode. Then I looked at the quiz answers for some of the quizsters I know are spoiled, and saw they all had put down 0 as their answer for #9. Good guess on their parts? Maybe. So, what did you spoiled people know before the episode? Did you know that Sawyer et al weren't going to appear?
