Check out the Samsung BL 1050
10.2 megapixels 5x optical zoom image stabilization, etc. I got it in December for $150 at Circuit City (well, you might want to try some where else). They even included a 1G card with it. I did a lot of research and this was far and away the biggest bang for the buck, and so far it takes great pictures. Just use good rechargeable batteries (AA). |

we just bought a Cannon EOS Rebel body - it can be used with most of our SLR Cannon lenses, so that was a big savings.
we got it on eBay from a camera dealer and it's pretty good so far. |

Get the Sony Cybershot W-120. It's what I used throughout 12 countries and it worked fine. Unfortunately my friend tackled me in Berlin and then it broke,
but I bought a shitty demo version in Slovakia a couple days later and even that still works pretty well.
The image quality is good too, at least on the screen itself. It makes the pictures look better than they actually are!

I wish I could remember why I needed Xanax in February. Probably someone else had died but it's all a blur.
Interesting that the Universe delivered the Xanax to me in April when I needed them even more. Maybe it was May. It's June now, right? Has anyone seen my keys? Sure, get a Canon. I compared a cheap-ass Canon to my own mid-range Canon. The cheap-ass has many similar features good enough for the common, ordinary slob who wants something small and pocket-sized for quick snapshots, but it won't do tricks for ya and sure doesn't have as many cool buttons. I like buttons. You should, too. I'm not really sure why you care much about ISO settings. Use aperture and shutter to get the light you need and buy a tripod. Higher ISO just adds noise. You can take a night snapshot if you bump the ISO but it's going to look like shit so why bother? Oh. Never mind. My keys were in my pocket the whole time. |
