This show rules! I like how they keep both the audience and the contestants in the dark about what time of day it is. #9 is my favorite this season followed closely by #8. You both make me giggle. I have a couple of questions though. 1. How many actual days does the show last? I'm thinking you probably aren't allowed to answer this one, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. I'm guessing 1 week. 2. Did Val tell you any specifics about quitting while another pod is in a "bonus" round? A couple of my friends don't think it's fair to #5 that she has a chance to go home if she doesn't complete her bonus round, considering #2 physically pushed his button before she was forced to quit on a technicality. (I don't want any spoilers you geese.) I agree with Val's logic, though.

Posts: 7624 (02/05/09 4:55 AM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	omg, all of my Top 4 remaining contestants appearing out of the woodwork <3 And the random potential for #1 to post <3 <3 I am her biggest British fan (at least, fan who didn't know her from Playboy ) I am not Cat, but I bring the gift of avatars - if you want anything more specific, let me know: As for #5 posting, there have been a lot of contestants who've gotten hated on Sucks during the show- Ray from Ray/Deana on Amazing Race 7 won a lot of respect for doing so, as did Chet from Survivor. I wouldn't want to think that just because some people don't like a character, it'd stop them from posting and answering questions from their fans. Anyone who posts deserves some respect - it's the difference between it being okay to talk trash about the characters on a movie screen and another to insult the other people in the cinema - and I'd be an idiot to be an asshole to someone just because they don't fit the criteria of what I'd prefer in a reality show contestant. The site is all about honest and often brutal discussion but even if we hate on a contestant it doesn't mean anything more than we want to see them eliminated, not that we'll lynch them.

Did you not get to contact anyone at all after filming without having to hunt them down? I am surprised they don't film the (re)union straight after the finale - I guess it's cheaper to bring everyone back for one day with such a small cast. Props to #3 and #5 for posting - my favourite moments from them so far in avatar form (#3 seems to have managed to look the least ridiculous out of everyone)

Plus someone goes home each episode so they would have to bring back seven of the contestants regardless of when the union was filmed. Also, you can't imagine how bad the human body can smell after sweating 24/7 and not showering for weeks. I don't think anyone would want to go through another Aroma Therapy treatment during the Union Show. Hahahaha

I felt bad to hear your husband died, but at least you still had someone to talk with during the phone call. #7, what's the difference between an amateur magician like they keep calling you and a professional one? #5, you joined a football league? That's surprising from looking at your size, but I guess Solitary made you tougher. #3, during the treatment where #1 left, you said you were thinking about quitting with only 14 of the pins on you, yet you ended up doing 40 of them. Was that quote used out of context?
