That's the article that says the embyros were implanted, aka in vitro. It was posted a couple pages ago. |

isn't there a way of checking the hospital admittance list or whatever they did for sarah palin?

I heard some scuttlebutt that this woman had some connection to a fertility clinic (like worked there in some capacity) and used that access to somehow steal
drugs or in some other way do this to herself.
The implication when the grandmother says they implanted embryos is that they did IVF. I just can't see that happening in any legitimate way in this country. |

What I don't get is why this woman agreed to let them have some big news conference but insists on her name being confidential. If she really wanted to be
anonymous, she would have insisted her privacy/HIPAA rights.
But no, she let the hospital announce the event. And now her mother's name is out there in the news. Does she really think people aren't going to figure out her name? |

Just like I thought...
On the radio just now, they're saying the Mom's name is Nadia Suleman-Gutierrez and she's about 33. |

The Octuplets Came Via Sperm Donor!!!! And MORE Craziness!!!!!!!!!!!Filed under: Baby Blabber > Wacky, Tacky & TrueWhen you need some juice…..go to the nosey neighbors! Some savvy reporting unearthed more crazy stuff about the momma who gave birth to octuplets earlier in the week. A neighbor revealed that the momma's six kiddies AND the 8 new babies were made with sperm from one donor:
This woman is insane!!!!!!! The blabber, who asked to remain anonymous, went on to say:
And, there seems to be some confusion about the woman's age and her status. The latest now is that she is indeed single (aged 33) and it is her father that is going to Iraq, to support the huge family.
This is some crazy, crazy stuff, if it's indeed true. Is this why the family has stayed out of the spotlight? |

Thanks for the articles. If she actually had embryos implanted, the doc should be brought up on ethics charges and have his/her license yanked. I would say that even if this woman was a kajillionaire. It's an absolute abuse of medicine. |

I am sure we'll find out it was part of a great get rich scheme soon...and the doctor will be hailed as a HERO! |

Yes, undoubtedly the doctor will receive the prestigious Golden U-Haul Natal Trophy for successful movement of embryos from petri dish to uterus without breaking anything. I like the laws in the UK: no more than two embryos implanted. |

I know two people who worked in Iraq as a civilian and made like $8,000 a month before taxes. It is for some company and you can make a ton of money, you just
have to stay there for months at a time and work every day. Maybe that is what the dad is planning on doing... that would help support all the kids.

I'm a big supporter of fertility rights. I don't see how all you libs are complaining about her having complete and unfettered control of her womb.
