And God bless Cousin Amy! Once again she helped take some of the creepiness out of watching this thing.

Did anyone else notice how mature and upbeat Anna seemed during the chicken salad making "teasers"? Finally getting laid (and kissed!) has
definitely taken care of her timid, gawky ways.

I only keep watching this show to see Cousin Amy...she really is the star of the show. Amy and Jinger werent nearly involved enough in the wedding to make it non-creepy and entertaining. The scariest thing I learned from watching the wedding is that as creepy as the Duggars can be (minus Amy & Jinger) that the Keller family is faaar more creepy, especially the father. Yeesh. |

I can't believe he sang to Anna during the ceremony! That was gold!
Jessa looked so pretty. Her hair is thick enough that the Duggar perm doesn't look completely disgusting. Anna's hair looks SO ghetto. It seems hella crispy. |

Isn't Jessa the one with the naturally curly hair? I know there was one who they said had it during the perming episode...let me think it was someone
who's name began with J.

Cousin Amy seems to be trying too hard. I think "less is more" when it comes to her screentime.

Amy's the most normal one of that whole bunch. We need more of her.
Jessa's the one who wants to be a beautician, I think. Fried perms don't bode well for that. Less hair on the head would help the perms be better, probably. Unfortunately, her parents, home schooling materials, et.al. have probably told her that she'll fry in hell for cutting any of it. I don't remember who has the naturally curly hair. Remember, new episodes start tonight! I'd try making tater tot casserole to celebrate, but I don't have any evaporated milk and I've got thawed catfish in the fridge that needs to be cooked tonight. |

I can't believe they don't allow them to kiss before marriage! Or for what their parents know

Did anyone catch the episode before the wedding when Josh and sisters went to Florida to help Anna? The waiter at the resteraunt where Josh and sisters ate
was cracking me up for some reason. I wish he would have shown up at the wedding and done some tantric dancing. Oh wait, there was no dancing at the wedding!

Anna has a gigantic beak but she actually looked very pretty when they did the interviews with her.
There were so many ewww moments in this ep (Jim Bob's Birds and Bees talk, Josh singing (badly), Josh looking like he was trying to eat Anna's face during their first kiss, the Keller family to name just a few) but the overriding theme of the wedding was that they couldn't wait to get out of the reception so they could get to the hotel was just gross, more than one of the family/guests mentioned it, wink wink. Blech. |

Did anyone notice that the Bates family, or at least some of them, were at the wedding? At least two of their girls were wearing those godawful Little House
on the Prairie-type dresses -- I think at the reception.
Also, the bride's and the bridesmaids' dresses were all hand-made by the girls themselves, but the suits were bought. Double standard much? To their credit, I thought they did a good job with the dresses -- they all looked quite nice, IMO. |

Creeping Ivy wrote:I def noticed the Bates girls, their eldest daughter caught the bouquet. Sure she'll be married in a few weeks after that. I noticed the double standard as well, but suits are waaay harder to make than a dress, plus you have to remember all their concerns with the dresses being "modest" enough |

I don't get why they can wear makeup, jewelry and flip flops but they can't cut their hair, wear pants or dance.
I would think that pants would be more modest than those crappy skirts, at least you wouldn't be able to see their ankles. Sluts. |

Also I used ground turkey instead of beef and added a little salsa...it was good! |

Tatertots with turkey and salsa sounds kind of good.

Good suggestions, redhead! I thought I saw the Duggar boys adding ketchup to the casserole when they made it, and I know the original recipe doesn't call
for it. I think the recipe does call for ground turkey. I've also got a jar of salsa in my cabinet that needs to be used. There I go.
First episode tonight has Jim Bob and Michelle celebrating their 25th anniversary in San Francisco and leaving the kids at home. So maybe they WERE looking at marital aids in that promo.

I would think that pants would be more modest than those crappy skirts, at least you wouldn't be able to see their ankles. Sluts.Yeah, but with pants you can actually see the <gasp> shape of their ass and legs. That's my guess anyway. Plus the possibility of a camel toe. |

Meanpeoplesuck1 wrote: Thinking of Duggars and camel toe at the same time could make my head explode. Why does Anna always dress like the person she is with? When she was ambushed at the restaurant by Josh, she and her mother were wearing the exact same shirt and again last night, she and Josh had the same brown striped shirt on. What's up with that? Is it a rule? |
