Ben needs to go DIAF. The guy sucks. Him winning would suck.

Wow, I really liked Sandy based on the original vids but she really is annoying on those vids...Sydney was annoying on both...so no surprises...and I like
"Coach" but he really is as arrogant sounding as they say...he may get old fast...

I usually don't read these until after I C&P them, but judging by the comments so far, this guy definitely sounds interesting. Oh well, here's Ben
aka "Coach."
http://www.realityblurred...an_26_benjamin_coach_wade ...Wow. He wants to change the game his way because he doesn't like what it's become. Hell, halfway through Borneo the show stopped being about survival and more about personal dynamics. There's other shows out there if you want to watch a show about survival. Nobody watches this show for survival, and trying to change it will alienate many more viewers who watch for the strategy and personal dynamics, while the survival-fans still wouldn't watch due to the stigma the show already has. Thus Coach's shitty plan to save the show would instead be a good way to get the whole damn thing canceled. Of course, it won't worked. Even if the douchebag somehow makes it to the end and wins with his stupid strategy, it's not going to change the damn game. Hell, it'd only encourage the weaker people to vote out the strong next season. And assuming he makes it to the end with his ideal alliance is a big if. I imagine his plan will backfire big and bite him in the ass and he'll be humiliated in a glorious fashion. Of course, watch him to be a bitter juror, and I only hope God guides the F2 to tell him to shut the fuck up and stop being such a pathetic sack of shit. Shit, talk about delusional. This shithead's clearly not changing the way Survivor's played and doesn't have a clue that he's not going to have people bend to his whim upon command, because in this game the weak matter as much as the strong. Just look at Fang and how a tribe of weak pathetic failures ended up near-Pagonging the Kota douchebags. |

Yeah I'm really hoping this douche goes the way of Joel "Truck" Anderson - Booted early and then left to sit & stew at Ponderosa about how
all the "less deserving" players beat him.
I hate all these fucks who think that just because they're strong they deserve to be there more than the rest. Survivor is more than just strength in challenges. If someone like Susie can make it farther than Marcus, or someone like Cirie can make it farther than Joel, then they deserve it, end of story. The only reason I like seeing these types of people on the show at all is because of the potential to see them knocked down HARD. |

And people thought Ace was arrogant.
For years good characters like Roger, Savage, Rory and Ace failed to make the jury, I hope we'll finally get the super-arrogant, ultra-bitter juror we deserve. |

Nothing against Debbie, but how is she "one of the strongest people"?
Isn't he just picking people he likes based on his narrow-minded prejudices, calling them deserving? |

This guy is what the show needs. Not for it to be changed or anything, but simply because he has the potential to be a really unique character. I can't
imagine his strategy working out 100%. Attempting it will be fun to watch though. No matter what he will be edited as a villain this season.

Nothing against Debbie, but how is she "one of the strongest people"? ^-- I was wondering about that myself. Debbie is one of my pre-season faves, however from Ben's perspective (only having observed her at pre-gamePonderosa and not actually speaking with her) I'm curious as to why he feels that she's one of the stronger ones. I thought for sure that his "survival of the strongest" gameplan would mean an early exit for her. ETA: Maybe she's been doing some crazy exercising or working out or something in front of everybody. I remember Kathy saying in those pre-game journals she posted that she was intimidated by Joel because he was bench-pressing picnic tables or something in front of everybody at Ponderosa.

It still kills me that after being on the air for damn near ten years, people are still spewing bullshit about integrity. Dude...if you don't want to be
dishonest...stay home!

Ben is too good to be true
"I refuse to not take charge," he said, and later suggested his leadership in the game will be modeled after Jesus: "Of course, Christianity, to be a servant/leader, that's what Jesus Christ was. I see that in myself, and I see wanting to be that servant/leader," he said. Modeling your game after Jesus <3333 |
