And, FYI, TV in the kitchen is extremely trashy.

I wouldn't stay in the damn bathroom long enough to watch a show unless it was 106 and Park on BET. Ooooh they play my jams!

Try living without TV and you'll get "forced" to get off your butt and actually do something or experience something that's real. E.g. soclializing, excercizing, reading books, going to concerts, galleries, and museums, going out for a walk, spending time on hobbies, etc, etc. TV is one of the worst thing that has happened to our society, imnsho. |

God, I hate people who quote the entire post above them. I also hate people who quote an entire post when they only really reply to a certain part of it.
No, not really. This is part of my studies for the research I'm doing. |

Errata Stigmata wrote:You seem to have a lot of hate going on there. That must be painful. Posting here is research? You don't watch television.. but you are researching a board based mainly on television? I don't know why I find that odd. We have one television in each.. my son's room, guest room and our bedroom. We have one in the family room, but not the living room. Hubby also has a television in his shop, so that makes 5. |

We currently have 5 tvs plugged in but that is neither here nor there....
I showed someone a house that had a plasma tv mounted in the bathroom in such a way that you would watch it while in the jacuzzi tub. Not that I would do it for me but home buyers liked it so much I might put one up in my bathroom as a prop when it comes time for me to sell! |

8: one in 3 bedrooms, one in kids' playroom, one in great room, one in my office, one in my wife's office, and one in the master bathroom, over the
tub, held by string.

I also think it is odd that someone has no televisions in the house, but yet is posting on a board that thrives on television shows.
And to answer the question of this thread, one in the living room, one in the family room and six in the bedrooms. So 8 total. Oh and 2 dead ones in the garage. Also, one of my aunts has a television in her kitchen and one in her bathroom. Her bathroom also has a land line telephone in it. |

I have 2. I only use 1. The other is in my closet. I'm gonna give it to a friend of mine though because his tv is old and sucks and it drives me crazy
anytime I'm over there.

Rich people have always had land lines in the bathroom. I wouldn't mind a flat screen tv in mine for when I'm taking a bubble bath.
I have 3 tvs in my house and only one person lives here. |

How many bugs do you have up your ass? I don't have any, I'm only asking for some research I'm not doing. |

A great many of you need a freaking life outside of television.
Two here. And we only really watch one, and not that much. |

4. 1 in the living room and 1 in each of the 3 bedrooms. Unless you count the one we have in the basement and put on the deck in the summer.
