I made sure with the percentages and one of them was wrong since I put it higher than the person should have been, but only by a little so they just switched blocks and it's right now. For me the next block is extremely satisfying with 1 upset (for me atlesat)... and the one after that varies on the person, it could be between 2-4 upsets.
Gary was great... not to alarm you guys but the next block may hit some people hard...*GASP*
But then again, I clearly go against the current with my favorites here, so perhaps it doesn't affect me. Unless Penner is in that block. If that's the case I would refrain from posting it if you knwo what's good for you.
I don't get the love though for Peih-Gee, Shii-Ann, Michelle (even tho she's a "sweetheart", Rob Mariano (S4), Tracy, Kim, Amy (S11), Bobby Jon, Cao Boi...
I know some people have some favs but any of those don't apply to me as people I necessarily like... and find a vast majority of them overrated.
Shii Ann (Underdog who was pretty entertaining in Thailand and got screwed by a twist, plus I think Thailand is like Fiji in that the cast was generally so detestable that anyone who was a shining light was just put on that much higher of a pedestal. Plus, in All-Stars she had one of the most epic immunity challenge wins of all time against much stronger players.)
Michelle (She was Earl's spy, the last woman standing on Ravu, she was a sweetheart, she started fire, she fell off a platform and she got screwed by a twist, like Shii Ann. Again, Michelle was great because Fiji was such an overly negative season, and she was positive, plus I think the female cast of the season left a lot to be desired, so Michelle benefitted from that too.)
Rob M. (In Marquesas, he was, as has been said, the first person to really think outside the box. Yeah, he made some dumb voting decisions, but he somehow made the merge and his actions led to the first coup in Survivor history.)
Tracy (She was the only fan who seemed to have a brain and she worked her ass off to try and stay in it, despite everyone saying she was weak (even though she never showed any sort of weakness from what I saw.)
Kim J. (She may have been a piss poor player, but a lot of people dislike Lex and Big Tom, and her endgame immunity wins led to both of them being ousted. Plus, she a 56 year old woman, was for 14 seasons the oldest person to make the final tribal council, and to do so by winning the final 2 immunities in impressive.)
Kim P. (No fucking idea.)
Amy (She was an interesting personality and she fought hard despite having injured her ankle twice pre-merge. Compare that to Palau where Jeff Wilson, a young, twenty-something guy quit because he hurt his ankle, and Amy was a goddamn hero. She literally gave everything she had to the game, which is impressive given that many women nowadays try to float along under the radar.)
Bobby Jon (He went apeshit in every single challenge and gave it his all, just like Amy. Sure, he failed, but he tried his best and plus, Bobby Jon is easily one of the hottest guys in Survivor history.)
Cao Boi (Cook Islands' cast sucked. Aside from maybe 5 players, no one had an interesting personality. Cao Boi may have been an over-the-top stereotype, but he was fucking hilarious, like pulling bad wind from Brad's head, or dancing around with smoke and actively starting a fire by doing so.)
