That's a lemon twister. You put the open circle around your ankle and then try to hop/skip the lemon. That and Chinese Jumprump are pretty much all we did

I had this black Cabbage Patch doll that was listed as "ethnic" in the Sears catalog. My Auntie Sherese got it for me. It was one of them that looked
