From the looks and sounds of it: Spoiler [+] Matt, Tracy, Mohinder, and Hiro are all captured and it looks like Claire and Peter find their way onto the plane to rescue everywhere. If you listen to the scene with Matt and Claire, Claire tells him that Angela has just sent some people to capture him then they shoot him but not Claire. I bet Nathan turned everyone else in but kept Claire, Angela, and Peter a secret to the government. Sounds like something happens on the plane, and it crashes as well.

You're doing it now. To accellerate yourself into the future, you really just need to slow time down for yourself, which traveling near light-speed does the opposite of. It slows down the time for others. Travelling AT the speed of light, slows others down to the point that it essentially stops time. You can zip around from one end of the universe to the other with no time elapsing in the "real world". Travelling faster than light does mean travel into the past. The basic conundrum is that sending a message faster than the speed of light actaully sends that message back in time. You could c-mail an alien in the past, he could then c-mail your past self, before you sent the original message. Just wait for Muggles' promycin shot!
