We had alnighters in the 80's too.
Our trick was to sleep for two hours. no more no less. Wake up, shower and get back to work. The two hour sleep will buy you one more day. |

The only way I'm ever productive is pulling all nighters, however I overdo it sometimes. A few weeks ago I had about 3 exams and a paper due within three
days of each other, and I was up 3 days solid. Once I began hallucinating and not being able to discern whether I was sleeping or not, I decided it was time
for a nap. And don't tell me to study ahead of time, because that never works for me.
