#1 - Why would Bob have to make a fake idol if he knew Marcus had hidden one, and where it was? Unless he figured that since he was sent to Exile Island, he
might as well spend his time doing that rather than look for it. I doubt it though.
#2 - Why would Sugar give him hers? One possible scenario would be that Bob is next on the chopping block, but Sugar grows a brain and realizes that Ken and Crystal need to be broken up. She gives Bob the Idol, to set up a blindside of Ken. Bob lies to Corinne about it so that she doesn't know it came from Sugar. In this scenario, Corinne is kept only for numbers but jettisoned as soon as Crystal is gone. Sugar/Bob/Matty new alliance takes out Ken, Crystal, Corinne, and Susie.

This is Marcus' tossed idol. Not Bob's.
And yet the new fake idol is not the old one. This is Bob's original idol,
burned to death soon after. So it is a new clip of Bob, with a new idol.
