So hi. What would cause a guy that seemed super interested in me one day to flat out ignore me and avoid me a couple days later? It wasn't so much a date but an intimate hang out session, I guess. Intimate doesn't mean sex. We didn't even kiss. Just kinda cuddled for a long time. Back rubs and such. He wanted to kiss me but I asked him not to, because it was the first time we had hung out alone and I just thought it was too soon for anything more physical than what we were already doing. He seemed ok with that and still wanted me to stay and hang out and implied we would go out again. I thought I made it clear that I wanted to go out again and next time I would feel more comfortable going a little further. So now a couple days later, we don't work together but on the same property and he totally walked by without saying hello or waving or giving any sort of acknowledgement that I exist. I know he saw me. It's impossible not to if you come into this area, but I wasn't looking and only saw him front the back walking away. So what the heck?

Did he lie about being ok with me not putting out right away? Is this him trying to play it "cool"? Is it a guy thing? I don't know. It's weird. I'm totally willing to put out in the near future if he's not a douche bag, so it would really be in his best interest not to ignore me. Is it skanky to tell him that? Should I just wait and see if he does contact me again? I'm baffled/stupid. tia
