He was explaining why he's hated Crystal (and GC) all along. There was some mocking in there, but it was mocking of Crystal, not an entire race. He excluded Kenny from the gang reference because back then Kenny was cool in Randy's books, hence the reason why he said he had changed since they were on the same tribe last.

It's not such an illogical conclusion to come to, nor does it make anyone racist just for assuming that.
