George with the dummy was comedy gold About Erica...her storyline isn't over, obviously. I can see Erica filing that complaint in the future, like near the end of the season. We won't see her, she'll be the bitch and that'll give the viewers some closure with her likable character. We're all gonna hate her then. With the season premiere being all about Seattle Grade's performance, I can imagine the season finale being about Seattle Grace's survival despite Erica's complaint about Izzie's crime. Also, the way they ended this episode clues us in that Izzie may be going crazy...It's one thing to see him everywhere...but to hear him talk? Hmm...

The only point where I was pissed @ Hahn's outburst to the chief was when she threatened Bailey's job too -- if I recall, she was in the ER trying to keep her head of cardio alive.

To be fair, if she didn't know what Izzy did, she didn't know where Bailey was, only that Bailey was her supervisor. And, she'd probably find out Bailey took responsibility for her interns.

I finally watched this episode with one of my sisters (I have two other sisters at home plus a brother) and I was especially torn with the DNR episode. My dad died from brain cancer twenty years ago and I held his hand through the night. My Mom had a seizure at home and when I visited her they had revived her 3 times! Make it known to all that you love that if they want to die a natural death to sign the DNR. And to also be an organ donor. This show had me creeping and crawling. It was so totally wrong in sending out the message of donating organs and letting a soul crossover.

Sources tell TVGuide.com exclusively that ABC powerhouse Grey's Anatomy and its spin-off, Private Practice, will be embarking on a multi-episode crossover story come February sweeps. Though at this very early stage the number of episodes and the sum total of actors involved has yet to be nailed down, it can at least be confirmed that Kate Walsh's Dr. Addison Montgomery will again be walking the halls of Seattle Grace, as she did for one episode last spring (several months after Private Practice made its debut).

I'm thrilled to see Kevin McKidd on my screen again. He's keeping me watching along with Alex. Maybe the alledged brain tumor is causing Izzy's hallucinations of Denny?

I'm sad to see Erica go, I thought she was a good character and it is to bad she had to go. However I hope she does fuck over the hospital. I actually am really liking how everyone is bitching at each other this season, there are a few happy moments but it seems most of the characters are pissed at the hospital being number twelve (along with the the chiefs new rules). So do we get two new characters next episode? Dr. Asperger and Melissa George? So is that three new main characters this season?

At the begining of the season the chief railed into everyone for not actually teaching, yet when it comes to Merideth, Alex, Izzie, George and Christina, they still aren't teaching their interns. They are supposed to be what Bailey was the first season right? Yet they don't teach anyone shit and don't have a problem not teaching anyone any thing
