so what we have, going into the merge, is

Matty - may want to get as far away from useless Fang as possible, but he'll be met by an Oniony wall so he'll have to stay with his tribe
Kenny - will stick with Crystal and Sugar and Matty. Those are his peeps.
Crystal - see Kenny
Sugar - has no one now that Ace is gone. She sorta has Kenny. She *could* flip back to the Onions but she wasn't welcome there before so why would she now? Unless she lets herself be used by them, only to infiltrate and destroy.
Suzie - just shown she's not wanted by Kota. Will run back to Crystal in a blink of an eye
Marcus - stays solid to Onion alliance. *might* entertain bringing Sugar on board but thinks foolishly that the Onions have total control so he may not even think about bringing her in..
Charlie - see Marcus
Corinne - see Marcus
Bob - see Marcus. add to that, i think he's the epitome of loyal to the onions even though they are planning on outing him F5. I would love to see him band together with Matty, Kenny & Sugar and take everyone down. ahh if wishes were fishes.
Randy - While previews show him arrogantly thinking he's in control, he really is for this episode. His decision could realistically change the course of the game. I think he will secretly go back to Matty (and by extention, kenny, sugar, Crystal and Suzie) to refresh his handshake alliance with him, while still staying with the Onions and play both against each other. He needs to choose though. If he stays with Onions, they'll need to recruit Matty or Sugar to compensate for Suzie running back to Fang. He'll be guaranteed F5 and hopefully if the onions stick to their promises, F4. But after that, he can't be assured of anything higher. If Randy goes back to the Fang Menagerie (and they stick together), it's 6 vs 4. The Onions are picked off one by one, then he, Matty and any combination of Kenny, Sugar or Suzie (original member of the handshake alliance pre-switchup) can take out the rest. No one in the Fang Menagerie are tightly bonded like the Onions. That leaves tons of room for Randy to manipulate them all. Feasibly, if he plays his cards right, Randy could easily find himself F2. So which does he choose? The guaranteed F5(4), or the riskier but feasible F2? Once he picks sides and tips the scales, the game, IMO, is all but wrapped up as to which side will make it to the end.

Either way, i see Randy lasting a while. Yes the previews showed him getting his "we'll never lose" edit like Jacque and Ace but I can't see it. With the Suzie migration back to Fang, the Onions desperately need Randy in their corner to even come out at a tie vote. so they won't vote for him. The Fang Menagerie will be hoping they can woo him back but even if they can't, the primary focus will (or should) be breaking up the tight Onions. So they too, won't vote for him.

So we end up with 3 groups:

Fang Menagerie (matty, kenny, Crystal, Sugar, SuzieFlipper)
Onions (Marcus, Charlie, Corinne, Bob)
Randy

If Randy stays with the Onions, it'll be 5 vs 5. If Randy flips back to Fang, it'll be 6 vs 4.
That is, of course, if Fang doesn't just scatter like roaches when you turn the light on. If that happens, might as well just give Marcus the cheque already!
