SOAD is the best alternative band back in early 2000s. I like the singles Toxicity and Chop Suey. Are they still famous as of 2008?

They were basically Rage Against The Machine 2.0 with a dose of comic relief.
They had a good run but they were one of those bands you get tired of really quickly, so they were wise to quit while they were ahead. They were one of the biggest bands this decade but it was mostly due to a gross lack of competition.
