They don't have anything else to show on Kota, since they don't care about building characters anymore (unless the team loses) and they already played out their story about Marcus and Charlie. The only story they have to push is Dan causing tension, and Randy exploiting that. I think it means Dan's leaving soon, but doesn't have to mean he's leaving next. GC was a headache to his tribe for three or four episodes before he left. Crystal is a headache and she's still there. We saw Kelly in a bad light at Kota, and nothing of Jacquie, yet Jacquie left before Kelly after the switch. I can see Susie going next, because they already established her as not being on the inside and they also have the clip of her telling Corinne she was going to vote Corinne out. Randy is shown worming his way in with Charlie and Marcus, but he doesn't seem to realize Corinne is just a much a part of the Onions. She could have other ideas on whom to bring in, and she's made comments against Randy. The Onions aren't looking for allies as much as votes in any event. I'd tend to agree Dan has been set as the next Kota boot. Dan's only shot is getting immunity. Balance doesn't appear to be his forte. He's toast barring conferrance.

They stay distant from her to keep that alliance secret from others who are not in it. If the alliance was truly broken, I'm sure we would have been shown some inkling of that. The only ones who need to know the truth about the onion alliance are the onions themselves.
