Given how this series has been building momentum lately, I bet the Fox suits took a look down the road and realized it's not an aberration.
Which is good news for everyone.

Terrific news!

That is awesome news!
In the "Allison" episode there is a scene at the hospital nursery where Sarah looks at a baby, the birth card is shown briefly on the screen - does anyone think the name on the card will play some significance down the road? or was it maybe just shown as a reference to the date (since we learn later in the episode that Allison has not yet been born). Pretty sure the date showed 2009 as the year, I don't recall the name on the card, but it was a boy. I also think the pregnant lady and/or her baby must have some more impact later on. seems too random to throw a pregnant character in the mix. |

Awright: so is the Mini-Shirley a Mini-T-whatvevia?
Plus enough with the touchy feeley old black guys. Screw it: would someone kindly 'splain how the redhead T-whatevia showed up, the circumstances being from whose future and when? This show just regressed again. DAMMIT! |

The terminator was obviously sent to kill the doctor, like the guy was warning with the writing on the wall. But if the doctor's dangerous to Skynet, why
is he helping the development of the turk? If he helps the turk develop, doesn't that help get Skynet up and running sooner?
We finally have confirmation that John killed the guy and not his mother. It was pretty obvious how all season long they kept emphasizing that she was the one that killed the guy so it had to be the opposite. The time out in the elevator was funny! |

I took it that the terminator was sent to protect the doctor. She (the terminator) went out of her way to kill the receptionist, so I can only assume she was
trying to take her place and watch over the man from his office. Of course the Connors didn't know this, instead only removing his protection and thus
allowing the doctor to work on the Turk and further develop its "personality".

I must have missed something here. The Asian chick shows up, from the future, and another terminator shows up(redhead). Didn't redhead kill the Asian in
her car? Then the Asian show up with the uncle for a little romp between the sheets. So I thought the redhead must be a shape shifter, but she was destroyed
by Carmen? So who's this Asian?

I was pretty lost during this episode as well. I thought it was "sent back asian girl" that was offed in the back seat of the car too. As far as the
lower IQ terminator, i assumed she was sent back to kill the shrink who is obviously helping John.

There were two separate Asian girls. One was just a receptionist at the child psychologist's office. She was killed in the car by the terminator, who
took her place. The other one came back from the future and claimed she fled the war (when in reality she was running some sort of surveillance of some kind).
She slept with Derek and is still alive.

Nope, simply a matter of not watching the show close enough while using the computer at the same time.I must have missed something here. FermatsLastThm, thanks for clearing that up!! |

Receptionist asian chick was nice and friendly and doomed.
Back from the future asian chick was immediately recognizable with that deep dangerous voice as Kendra from BSG's Razor. Again the space/time issues bug me. Why not send the unprogrammable redhead model back to a point since before John knew how to reprogram them? Great fight in the elevator. I dunno about John going all sensey all of a sudden. Like he's never known he'd have to kill bad guys? I feel awful for the cute little tyke with the robot mommy. So when's the next eppie? Post World Series? What happens if the Rays take it in four? |

I loved Shirley in this episode! She plays such a great Terminator trying to assimilate the human world. Loved her being able to turn 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch
to the left but couldn't smile warmly.... |

Interesting episode. My favorite part was when Cameron kicked the other terminator's butt, rather handily, I might add, despite it apparently being a more
advanced model. Perhaps Skynet should make the next model even more advanced by adding the following code to its chip,
Other thoughts/observations:
I found it a little strange they'd stop fighting when observed by "innocent" humans. I'm thinking both terminators are programmed with a
directive to not let anyone know they are not human, unless, of course, it's unavoidable.
My gut tells me Derek's old girlfriend was sent by Connor to keep an eye on the Connor group from a distance. Why? I have no idea.
I'm not sure yet which side wants the shrink dead, but I'm leaning toward the Resistance.

Yup, given his aide to the AI program, I bet it's the good guys who want him iced, too. Problem is: John likes him, so maybe the wall scribbling was to
protect him.
Why the fuck that guy had to use his last few moments of life to scribble instead of talking to Sarah before croaking remains a problem for me. Do we know for certain the redhead model was a superior model to Cameron? I presumed they were the same, with the only advance being that the redhead now has the self-destruct harddrive. (Which, again, makes little sense.) Whatever else is going on, the new future chick is up to no good. On a unrelated note, the bald guy with the glasses bears an uncanny resemblance to Butch Vig, the producer and drummer for Shirley's band back in the day. |
