That's what I've been feeling for quite some time. I LOVE this show, but sometimes watching the show, I go "Wait! Haven't I seen this before? Is this a rerun?" |

Sorry, Captain Awesome. This show is way, way, way too formulaic, but Captain Awesome always pops up in an unexpectedly hilarious way, even when he
has no dialogue. (Such as the time he was just hanging from a pole in the hallway doing sit-ups.)
The spy plots need to be more multi-dimensional and episodic. I mean, if they're getting the same ratings as Alias, might as well do the Alias route. |

Yeah, it's formulaic, but I still love it and I hope it sticks around. I love the subplots with Morgan, Anna, etc. at the BuyMore, I love Captain Awesome
popping up randomly, and I love Chuck's goofiness during missions and how he manages to not get killed even when Casey and Sarah aren't around.
It's rather Scooby/Shaggy-esque.

I demand that Ben Savage become a series regular!
This episode drifted from the usual "formula" and man did I love every moment of it. Say what you want about Nicole Ritchie, but she did very nicely in her role - good casting by Schwartz and company. She and Ben fit right in and made for a great plot of the week. Beginning to get some legit backstory on Sarah and incorporating even more of Chuck's past/history will only add even more to this show and strengthen it in the long run. I love this show... and God that Yvonne Strahovski/Nicole Ritchie shower scene couldn't have been any hotter. God Bless Josh Schwartz - Hire Ben Savage! |

I'd thought Nicole was like 5 feet tall in her heels and Sarah, of course, 6 feet tall. Was Nicole standing on a box or something in that fight scene? |

I have watched this show three weeks in a row at the gym and I fucking love it... It reminds me a bit of Veronica Mars... Great cast.. Aggreance on Savage and
Ritchie ... very well tonight.

This show gets better and better each week. I love Chuck, Sarah and Casey.
The triangular chemistry between them is excellent, and some of the best I've ever seen on any television show. I thought Nicole Ritchie would suck, but she ended up pretty damn good in that role. |

Loved this episode, but I love them all. Loved Casey the DJ, Special Agent Charles "Mad Dog" Carmichael, soaked and bloodied Reunion Queen Jenny.

Ok hate to say it, but Nicole Richie is Ugly. Not just ugly, fucking ugly. I will never understand how people think that her face is better looking than a
mule's ass. NOT ATTRACTIVE IN ANY WAY.

Casey was all kinds of funny in this ep and letting Chuck take the credit for all his kick ass action was great.

Chiming in on the love for the break from the formula, and agreeance on Nicole's ooogliness. She managed to look like a Oompa Loompa even in a cheerleader
outfit, which is hard to do. Still, her acting was perfectly fine -- a real suprise, and kudos to her.
Absolutely delightful eppie, and a relief -- the previous ep was the first time I thought watching Chuck was a chore. I cannot belive that was Yvonne S. as the young Sarah. Anybody else pick up some Sydney Bristow Alias vibes though? |

Surprisingly, Ritchie wasn't all that bad. This was definitely the best episode of the season thus far. I loved all the music from 1998/99. It's hard
to imagine that was 10 years ago.
And was that the lovely Jordana Brewster we saw in the previews for next week? If so, awesomeness to the max.
