I dont get the praise for Kenley's line.

The hand-painted stuff was FU-ugly and garish.

As her looks came down the runway, I found myself saying "80s" several times. Which hubby said was "modern" to 40's style Kenley.

I did find myself enjoying Korto's line. Leanne's music was puke-worthy. WAY too repetitive. And electronic?? When she is showing the soft waves of nature?? I would have liked Leanne to have at least one piece where the blue and white was not in either top or bottom, but blended, flowing together on the same piece-- like make every other petal blue, or make the white petals have blue backs, so it changes with your motion. Or have blue draping across a white shirt.

I thought the beige-y material that Korto was using looked too wrinkly. But otherwise, I liked her stuff. I dont get the complaint of "overworked" with her nice pleats. I want it to look like someone talented made it, right? Fierce Christian was overdone with feathers, but no one complained. If anything, I think Korto should have been more "out there", more innovative, eye-popping, wow-stuff.

Im glad I wasnt the judge because I would have a tough choice between Leanne and Korto.
