Wow, Foggy's as loony as ever. You'd think the people from her "extended vacation" (nice euphemism btw) would make sure Foggy had no access to the Internet. That's sad in so many ways, but mostly because I doubt the poor thing can go for another six years at this rate before they have to lock her up for good.

what's even more pathetic was foggy was over at the KCE earlier this evening and then comes over here talking smack.. who does that??? i think it secretly loves kelly but is just so bitter because justin is nothing w/o kelly... she just can't let it go. hold your breath foggy-- justin will get a deal soon.... keep holding your breath..

hmmmm I guess you could've used Clay's On my Way as an example too, consider that was such a rousing success.

On My Way Here was a hit in the Asian market. It was played many times on Korean TV during the Olympics medal ceremonies, athlete profiles and the credits at the end f the daily broadcasts. It was also used as the song for quite a few unrelated documentaries and a soap. It actually got radio play and did really well on the charts in Singapore, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. If the label had given him any support in the US it would have done well here too but RCA hasn't given Clay any support for over 4 years. Its a mystery why they won't let him go.

Lemme get this, KCS. You're basically saying I'm upset because Foggy mentioned that Kelly looked like she wanted a kiss from another girl? Are you sure you're on the right medication? Seriously. The only kind of effect that that type of suggestion could possibly have on me is get me aroused. Yelly fans are so predictable.

All I said was 1) Kelly's fatter than ever (fact), 2) Kelly was in full dyke mode at the Playboy mansion (fact), 3) her album's been pushed back 3 months from Dec to Feb (fact), and 4) it turns out she's still in Clive's "stable" of manufactured poppers, which is really no surprise, and yes, a fact.

For this, I must be immediately attacked ad hominem ("you should be in the looney bin!" lol), and of course anyone I like must be immediately attacked professionally ("Justin hasn't made a hit record yet of crappy pop tunes, shame on him!" lol), and personally ("Justin can't sing, can't act, can't walk, can't talk," ... whatever on and on, in its full absurdity. Just insert any other artists name there if you're not a J fan - you name it, they hate 'em!).

As for J, I fell I should at least put a word in since the Yellies are so obsessed with him here all of a sudden. We're extrememly privileged to be able to hang out with Justin every Tuesday night on BlogTalkRadio.com, where he interacts with his fans every week. Tonight, at 6 pm we will be hanging out with him again, so fun! And he is of course the happiest guy on earth, just recently engaged to be married (the wedding will be next June), and working regularly in the biz, doing TV, radio, indie movies, working for Disney, auditioning for Broadway, etc., etc., the opportunities are endless. Just because he's not making crappy pop records that Clive demands of him, well, I guess I must immediately be sent to the looney bin! lol. So absurd. The fact is he's not fat like Yelly, not hiding his sexual orientation like Yelly, and not beholden to Clive's A&R people to determine if and when some crappy pop songs they insist he must sing will be released, like Yelly .... AND he's happy, unlike the unhappiest person on earth, Ms. Cow-bel.

ASCAP honors Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Alan Jackson won songwriter/artist of the year honors for his hits "A Woman's Love" and "Small Town Southern Man" during the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers country awards Monday.

Other big winners were Dave Berg, songwriter of the year, and Rachel Thibodeau, country song of the year.

Reba McEntire won ASCAP's Golden Note Award, presented to songwriters, composers and artists who have achieved extraordinary career milestones.

Brooks & Dunn, Lee Ann Rimes and Kelly Clarkson honored McEntire by performing some of her songs. McEntire herself surprised the crowd by singing one of her earliest hits, "(You Lift Me) Up to Heaven."

EMI Music Publishing won publisher of the year for songs including "How Long" (Eagles) and "Never Wanted Nothing More" (Kenny Chesney).

Songwriters including McEntire, Lyle Lovett, Buddy Miller, David Lee Murphy and Brent Rowan won the Silver Circle honor in recognition of 25 years or more of membership in the performance rights organization.

I love when foggy posts, you just can't deny the hilarity in those post. I mean the ripping of Kelly making a Clive approved manufactured generic pop album (which from the little we heard about the album and whose working on it is not true) to the claiming that she is fatter then ever and the unhappiest person on earth (which from what I've seen she looks pretty damn good and very happy right now).

All that was funny enough, but then the hilarity went up a notch with the Justin defense and all his endless oppurtunities.

ASCAP Country Awards and other things

Reno was awesome! I can't wait for this weekend. I am having so much fun with this tour! Thank y'all for coming out!
Last night I went to the ASCAP Country Awards and I had a great time! I thought I was only performing. I didn't know I was winning an award so that was an awesome surprise! It was at the Ryman here in Nashville and if you haven't ever been to the Ryman, I seriously suggest going to a show there. The acoustics and history of that building are unbelievable!
Tomorrow I'm recording one last song with Ryan Tedder for my new record and it's my favorite song I've done with him so I'm pretty stoked about recording it! I love this record! I hope y'all like it!
I have to go fix my car now, flat tire ….sadness " class="wp-smiley">

Still recording? This just gets better all the time. Obviously, Clive sent her back into the studio to re-do the album, to add some more generic Ryan Tedder, etc. It must have really sucked, or at least not passed the "Clive" test. Poor Kel. I wonder how many hoops Clive will make her jump through before he actually releases this album? Hmmmm. He must be having a lot of fun yanking her, and her fans', chain.

Its good that she has Reba, and all her mud-hole lovin' girlfriends, to hang out with during this difficult time. (I'm sure we will hear all about the depths of her despair during this time when she reveals it on her next indie album that no once cares about in a couple of years. Again. Yawn).

Wrong, wrong and wrong.

Get with the program. Clive Davis is no longer calling the shots, he in fact is reporting to the head guy, Barry Weiss. Barry Weiss is the chairman of BMG and he met with Kelly to let her know she has their full support on this new album.

Its good that she has Reba, and all her mud-hole lovin' girlfriends, to hang out with during this difficult time.

Oh yeah, touring with her idol to sellouts. Coming out with her 4th album that has the hottest songwriter raving about it. Having a very nice house in Texas and one in Nashville. Girl must really have it rough!

BTW, congratulation to Justin on his upcoming marriage. See, I don't have to be nasty in order to prop up my girl.
