If you care so much, then get on board with abolishing the tax system. They could put more money aside for retirement in 6 months of unrestricted income, than they did in all their years of scrimping.
But even if that wasn't the case for them, I'm still not in favor of abolishing the tax system since I prefer living in a society with police and courts and paved roads and schools and a standing military and healthy drinking water and safe food and clean air and parks.
Stupidly low taxes for the rich, no factories, no liquidity in the markets and no strong leadership and no competent, regulated and centralized banking system is a big reason why the Confederacy fell and it may be why the entire American empire will fall as well unless something major changes FAST.
