I didn't "film the show" but I do spend a significant amount of time capturing and enhancing images that clearly people like you want to view, share, and discuss.

I publish edited and enhanced images of images of a broadcast. If I'm stealing what you allege to be "CBS property" and posting it on my 100% ad-free blog and that's wrong, why is okay for people like you to steal my creative efforts which are published under the most liberal Creative Commons (attribution-non commercial-share alike) license and republish them in clear violation of that license?

People like you are the precise reason I tag my screencaps; you lift whatever you want, republish them where ever you please with no mention of where you stole them from, and then post pathetic, juvenile, disrespectful comments about me, whom you don't even know.

I published numerous seasons of enhanced Survivor and Big Brother screencap galleries with no tags. When I realized that several sites and forums were hot-linking to my content (STEALING my bandwidth), being uploaded to the thieves' image host, and even animated by others who took full credit for stringing together my work, I also realized that I should add some sort of tag to make stealing and taking credit for my efforts a little more difficult. Still, there are losers that steal hundreds of my images, crop them, and republish them as "original" works of their own.

My tags are intentionally placed so they in no way interfere with or obscure the subject of the image and the CBS logo is intentionally left intact to properly acknowledge the original source of my enhanced image of the original image.

You should thank me for that. You should actually just thank me, period.

If you feel so strongly, I respectfully request that don't visit my blog and more importantly, don't republish my creative content, here or elsewhere.

If anyone's "petty" or a "jerkwad", it certainly isn't me.
