I am making a scrapbook and so far I have a few things that were written in the Sun and the Toronto Star, but I want to know about the billboard. My sisters live in Agincourt and Oshawa, and they didn't see the billboard. My brother is in the heart of Toronto and he doesn't know about it...so where was it? Wow...my kid isn't just a Survivor, he was on a billboard at home. Who would have ever thought when I was at RH King High School that I would have a kid on a billboard and I would be so far away from home. If you have any idea about the billboard, can you let me know... Shirley Herzog

It was the Metro or 24 commuter free paper that they had Todd's picture and an short blob about his strategy and an interview. I have not seen ANY advertisement or paper yet about this upcoming season but if I do, you guys will know. They basically stopped the billboard/posters downtown since I THINK Cook Islands? I remember distinctively seeing Danni and Yul and I don't remember seeing anything re: Exile Island.

He was the only survivor profiled here as well. I imagine it was probably due to the Canadian connection. Thanks Shirley, almost like having a Canadian on the show. You can see your Canuck influence in raising a great kid.

Seems like Global stopped advertising there and it's cell phones or some shit, lol

Posts: 6473 (02/07/08 7:10 AM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	well looks like this season is a bust for spoilers 1) no posters around Toronto advertising the new season 2) I grabbed the 24 Hrs commute paper and it only had an advertisement in the paper with JOHNNY FAIRPLAY featured saying "I'm STILL evil" with Pavarti and James behind him. 3) I grabbed the METRO commute paper and it had the same interview Jeff Probst gave. It only featured: Krazy Kathy, Hyper Erik, James' blunder description. That's it. Don't think this year's Toronto Spoilers do much at all.

Posts: 7684 (09/25/08 6:22 AM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	so I've been so busy I can barely catch up with this new season but I did manage to pick up a METRO commuter paper today because I only read this paper on Thursdays (they have great home articles and since I just bought my first home blah blah blah YAY!) Anyway, there is an ad in the paper with 3 players on it... Right in front and heavily featured is MARCUS Right behind him is MATTY And behind them is KELLY The caption says "we're in the MIDDLE of this huge JUNGLE" I'm sure this means nothing, or I am sure they just put the hottest 3 players on there, or they are the final 3 or whatevs... until next time! :)

I ddin't know that Todd's mom was Canadian??? Back to Gabon, who knows what the article has to do with Marcus, Kelly, and Matty on the cover. I wouldn't like if they were F3 either.

Matty got a decent edit, but Marcus is clearly the winner this season, with his Earl, Todd, Yul and TomW-like edit of the dominant male strategist/leader.
