Amanda is just a horribly boring human being who plays the game like a whiny little bitch and only gets consistently far because she doesn't piss people
off and she falls into a demographic that does well on Survivor.

Yes. I think she is the worst end-game player. Somehow, her arguments cannot convince the jury, in fact, they find her irritating in her final speeches and
answers. So much for being a pageant queen.

Worse than Amanda - how about Sue, Colby, Kim J, Neleh, Jan, Matt, Twila, Ian, Lydia, Sundra, Becky, Dreamz, and Denise. Realy Amanda got beat by 3 fairly
articulate oponents in the finals.

Of all of the finalists, I would argue she's the worst end game player (MAYBE I would consider her better than Dreamz and Lill, but at least Amanda had a
conceivable shot of winning before each FTC). Of all the people to make the finale, I would argue she's better than

Amanda is probably the worst jury performance-wise, but of people to make it to the end there have been many worse than her.

China was winnable for Amanda. She blew it by keeping Todd and falling apart in front of the jury.
But in Micronesia, she was stuck facing one of two excellent social players - Cirie or Parvati - who were both very articulate and could claim credit for the Ozzy boot, which benefitted a majority of jurors and made the all-girl endgame possible. |

She can't be the worst end-game player if she at least got 4 jury votes in total...
Sure, they were all from men, but that shows that she played a good, respectable social game with the men, while Parvati worked the women. And the Micronesia jury was unbalanced by pre-merge tribes. Amanda got the Malakal votes except for Cirie, while Parvati got the Airai votes except for James. |

If we consider only one of her seasons, then yes, theres worst end game players, but she failed twice, in a row, with the same mistakes, until someone else
fails twice, theres no competition.

for me, the worst end-game players are becky, cassandra & dreamz coz they made it to the finals but didn't receive a single vote... they were unable to
persuade atleast 1 jury member to respect their game considering that their seasons had the most # of jury votes up for grabs... take note that becky is a
lawyer, cassandra is a manager & dreamz could have gotten sympathy votes... amanda's next and only because she made it their twice (the reason i think
why many points at her)... atleast it's not a sweep in micronesia, she had a chance... in china, a jury member and many (spoilerish) fans of the show
believed that she was the winner.

Dreamz, yeah, I can understand that. Becky, I can understand that too. But Cassandra was legitimately screwed by the fact that A. Dreamz and Stacy couldn't keep their mouths shut, and B. She had no way of preparing for a final 3 she didn't know existed at the time of Fiji's taping. Had it been final 2, Dreamz would've taken Cassandra and she would've won handily. |

if cassandra is a decent gameplayer, she could have atleast persuaded some jury members to vote for her out of friendship or tribal alliance... or get a vote that is against the winner, ala katie of palau... just my 2 cents. |

But Becky and Dreamz were not exactly end-game losers like Amanda, they're chances of winning were really bad before the end-game. Becky had big problems
she couldn't deal with, she was stuck in the alliance with Ozzy and Yul as the Aitu 4 needed to stay together for a while, she tried to boot Ozzy but
couldn't make it happen since he won sooo many IC, and couldn't even think of voting Yul because he was her biggest ally and he had the almighty II.
She had no chance of winning probably since the mutiny. Dreamz was doomed as soon as he accepted Yau-Man's deal.
Amanda on the other hand, played an arguably good game until the last episode, the real end-game, where she made everything the wrong way. |

Delusional wrote: ecks. This is pretty much the same as what I think. Basically, Amanda, in both seasons, had a decent chance of winning (or having a tie in Micronesia) until Day 37/38. It was her moves at the end of the game that cost her the game, not what led up to it. People like Becky/Lill/Dreamz were screwed ages before the FTC, but for Amanda, it was right then that her game fell apart. Had Amanda played as strong of an endgame as she did for the other 70 something days she was on survivor, I might very well consider her the best player of all time because she may have won not once, but twice (ignoring the fact that she probably wouldn't have been on Micronesia if she won China). |

Most of the people who received little or no votes in the FTC had no shot of winning, ever. Amanda was in a good position to win both China and Micronesia and
was considered by many to be a good player and a jury threat (there's a reason Amanda received 4 votes at the F6 of Micro). However, she royally effed up
her jury performance both times and turned around a great shot at an abysmal failure.
And that's why she's the worst end-gamer. |

Had it been a final 2 either Dreamz gives the immunity to Yau at f4 and goes home or he keeps the immunity, Earl forces a tie and Yau rapes Cassandra at
firemaking.
Either way Cassandra aint winning shit. But that's just me. Amanda sucks regardless. |

Earl would rather risk taking a guy who he planned on voting out anyway than sticking with Dreamz and Cassandra and trying to win immunity?
