I have to disagree with a lot of you and say that this intro video wasn't the best one we have seen or heard. I mean, I wish the song was more organized. The tribal chants just don't seem to be in harmony with the Ancient Voices. There doesn't seem to be a beginning or an end. The shots of the animals and wildlife were really good. But the castaways' intro shots weren't that good in general. I mean, they all seem to be either just walking or staring into the camera or just smiling. On the other hand, China and Micronesia had excellent intro shots of the castaways. And a majority of them were taken from challenges. In Gabon, it seemed a lot slower, which is surprising considering that it is a much more fast paced song than China's.

There were some good scenes though:
1. Dan in the challenge, right after "18 castaways". This was a very intense and cool shot. They should have used this for one part of Dan's intro.
2. Crystal's intro was awesome as well. Though I wish they showed her whole face in the second part.
3. Ace definitely got the best intro this season. Though his shots don't correlate with the music at all. But I feel there have been better intro shots of survivors that are better than his.
4. Paloma is just awesome. Eventhough there is nothing special about her intro. Her smile is just so innocent and cute. I also liked Charlie's intro.
5. 39 days was good too.

The bad stuff:
1. 18 castways!!! I mean it comes out of nowhere and it is gone a second later. I loved how they did it in China. They took some time and they showed some of the actual castaways with the caption. They should have done the same thing by showing the 18 castaways first, and then showing it again with that shot of Dan's tribe in the challenge.
2. Mediocre intro shots: Dan, GC, Kelly, Matty, Jaquie, Marcus, Sugar. They were just OK. Nothing special.
3. Plain-ass boring intro shots: Susie, Bob, Ken, Randy, Michelle, Gillian. These shots were sooooooo boring. They were either just walking or they were staring right into the camera. I mean, I am sure they could have found more intense shots than these. Seriously. They could have used some from the challenges.

China/ Micronesia had such great intro shots and the theme song were excellent. I really expected more from this season. I really, really, really want to like this song! Can someone convince me that this song is indeed good.

I just hope they organize it well with the tribes and tribe names. And add more interesting shots of the castaways....

PS: That show of the leopard is so out of the blue. I mean, it looks like someone took it with a handheld camera. You cannot even see the animal that well.
