I'm glad twitchy lost, the way she buzzed in drove me crazy. I also hate the new version of the song, it sounds like a horse is trotting through the
studio.

I'm glad twitchy lost, the way she buzzed in drove me crazy. Infinite red X The new music is definitely off, I'm sure they've altered it over the years but I was so familiar with the old one that it completely threw me off (although I still got the easy Final Jeopardy--how did she miss that?). I thought I'd read that this week was gonna take the original Kids Week contestants from 25 years ago and have them play as adults, I wonder if that'll happen later.

UGH on the new music - the final sounds like a faucet dripping or something. Surprised the twitchy woman didn't get that FJ - it seemed on the easy side.

I'm not liking these new changes either. The "Think" music during Final Jeopardy did sound like a dripping faucet, and what happened to the money
amounts popping up on the screen at the start of the show? You know, the boop-beep-boop-beep-boop-boop-beep? I hope these changes aren't permanent and are
just here for their silver anniversary.
Yeah that the former champion, who I had forgotten from six weeks ago, lost and we got that guy who was in "Rent." Awesome. ETA: And I'm probably the only one here who froze up at the Final Jeopardy and got it wrong. Galileo was so obvious, but he didn't pop in my head at all. |

Me too, Timmy. As soon as Galileo popped up on the first guys screen, I was like "Duh! Who the hell else would it be?!" And then I had to explain to
my daughter who Galileo was, because apparently they don't learn about stuff like that at school anymore.

Wow that new Final Jeopardy music has to be changed back...
And I actually knew "Mariah Carey" |

Interesting bit of random trivia that I learned from today's show: MOTHER-IN-LAW is an anagram of WOMAN HITLER.
Tonight's Final Jeopardy had to be the easiest in a very long time. That was a joke. |

Repeat are over? Shit..I guess I missed 2 episodes from the new season.
I have to get this back into my schedule now. |

The Mariah Carey FJ was very easy. Maybe they thought it would trip these smart people up since they'll listen to classical shit and not pop music.
Oh, and what's the name of that guy from "Rent" that sung the "Tango Maureen?" Glasses, white guy...the current champion reminds me so much like him. |

Holy shit! That kid's parents should be beaten for naming him Yoni.
From Merriam-Webster's dictionary: Yoni : a stylized representation of the female genitalia that in Hinduism is a sign of generative power and that symbolizes the goddess Shakti I bet other kids call him pussy |

^ I ahve heard of Yoni before too. Yonatan is the Hebrew version of Jonathan.
Well..I guess these past kid contestants don't have to take a test to qualify for the reunion shows b/c holy shit did the kids today suck complete and utter ass. They were perhaps smart as children but as college kids? Average at best. The boy knew NOTHING...he got the Hancock question which a 4th grader would know and the movie category. I love how he wagered basically nothing when he had to answer the questions like the daily double and then the Final and yeah, he got the Final right but he obviously lucked into it w/ a guess and the question was 2nd grade level at best. That episode was horrible. I guess that's what happens when you take average people and throw them on the hardcore trivia show. It was pathetic. |

That's why I'm skipping this week, 54321. The questions here are very easy for the adult version of Jeopardy, but they don't get them right! It frustrates the hell outta me when no one answers these easy questions correctly. |
