Okay...I was voting for Renny for entertainment value, but I'm switching to Keesha as the better player, cuz that blog made a lot of sense.

I think it helps Keesha more than anything the way she went out of the house too.
She was visibly hurt and incredibly upset, and I think a ton of people sympathized with/for her, and therefore will vote for her to win the money. |

Good blog entry. I agree with much of what was said. It's easy to forget that Keesha was the most safe in the game week after week after week until F4.

James Barber wrote: I agree to an extent, and I admit Keesha went out classy, and I believed that Keesha was a good player, but she really has nobody to blame but herself for her eviction. She had so many chances to flip things on Dan and Memphis but she chose not too. But, every woman in the house, she made sure she was able to get them out and plotted againstg them hardcore. I never remember her plotting to overthrow Dan and Memphis, even at there at the end. In fact, I don't really remember her campaigning bigtime against any of the guys. When she was crying to Dan, she said she wished she had kept Michelle in the game. A little too little too late. One thing I disagree with about the blog is how Renny wanted to betray her alliance. I don't think Renny was a good player at all, but her instincts were correct. She wanted Memphis gone and her not goin g after him was the cause of her downfall so I don't understand how that writer is being negative towards Renny betraying her alliance because she didn't and she would have been better off if she did. Besides that, it was a "faux" alliance anyway. Renny was only loyal to Keesha and that's it. I don't really like Peepaw at all, and he has said some pretty disgusting stuff in the house, but so has Keesha. Besides that, I think he totally outplayed Keesha the last two weeks. He approached Memphis when he won HOH, and started setting the plan in action for them to be F2. He simply beat Keesha to the punch and Keesha wasn't able to recover. When she realized she was being evicted it was too late since Jerry had Memphis convinced he would bring him to the F2 and explained to him how he was weaker than Keesha. No matter what you say about the old fart, I do give him credit for that move. Because, Keesha could have done the same thing by telling Memphis she would bring him to the F2 and explain to him how much April hates her and would poison the jury. |

Her instincts were too early in the game. April had to go, as April/Ollie/Michelle/Jerry would have been a strong bloc. Renny had opportunities later, but she didn't capitalize on them. Even at F5, Renny chose to believe everything Jerry told her about her alliance and turn against Keesha in that day surrounding nominations and the veto comp. She and Keesha then got drunk instead of competing for veto. That was the day when Dan and Memphis essentially took over the game. Renny's game was a self-fulfilling prophecy, because she always believed the worst of her alliance, and those very obvious doubts helped ensure Memphis got rid of her when he had a chance. I agree that Keesha's game fell apart for her last week in the house. I don't know if Jerry outplayed her so much as Memphis just turned against her, but she did allow herself to fall apart in comps and become too distracted by Renny's departure. Still, she did well before that, and in most circumstances, would have progressed to F2 and to F3. She just happened to be against someone who was easy to beat in F3 challenges and who was liked in the DR. |

no one can see 3 or 4 weeks ahead, you make the best moves for you at the time and maybe try to see a week in advance. i think thats how keesha played, she
strategized but not overly like jessie and michelle trying in week 3 to plan for F4. keesha had a genuine love for renny and shared some strategy with her but
most of keesha plans remained a secret to everyone but her, which is smart.

James Barber wrote: I disagree. Renny had no more opportunities after that. If she had took out Memphis instead of April, Dan would have won the next HOH and took out April anyway, just a week later. Final 6 HOH, Keesha would have won, but Michelle would have been around, so maybe she would have won, who knows. No matter what the situation though, whether Keesha or Michelle won, Renny still would have been in a good position in the Final 5. With Memphis gone, Dan would have been forced to work with and keep Renny. And, I thoroughly think Jerry outwitted Keesha. He stroked Memphis ego and played to him that his best shot at F2 was with him and that he was weaker than Keesha. Keesha rolled over and died. |

If she had took out Memphis instead of April, Dan would have won the next HOH and took out April anyway, just a week later.I don't think Ollie would have given the HOH to Dan if April had still been in the house. Then Keesha and Dan would have been up, or Keesha and Renny. I think Renny had some options. She could have persuaded Keesha to keep Michelle and vote out Jerry. She could have kept Keesha focused before the F5 veto. I'm not sure how much that had to do with Jerry's efforts, and how much it had to do with Memphis' wariness over Keesha taking him to F2, or about the DR efforts. I do agree Keesha should have played harder that week. |

Keesha didn't take out Libra, that was Michelle. If Michelle hadn't have won that last hoh, Keesha might have kept Libra to ensure that Renny/Keesha
had a vote advantage over the guys. Michelle chose to go to join the alliance of April/Ollie. Keesha didn't make her do that. The alliances pretty much
flipped and stayed the same when Jessie left. Michelle could have chosen to align Against April/Ollie, but she didn't. That cost her the game.
Can anyone honestly say that Ollie was a bigger threat then Michelle or April? |
