We got along mostly through manners when living in the same house, but now we get along pretty well. My sib is definitely my friend now, something I would have
not thought possible even a few years ago.

My brothers and sister are my BFFs now. But growing up? We basically tried to kill each other regularly. "Killer handkerchief" was one of our favorite games, which consisted of everyone blindfolding themselves and running around the basement until we ran into each other. At which time you just beat the shit out of the person you ran into. |

My oldest brother and his shrew of a wife had a baby last year and you would think she was the second coming. They act like they invented the act of
procreation. They cannot be bothered to show up to any family events and never acknowledge their neices or nephews birthdays but have just sent out invitations
to her first birthday. Thank God I don't live near him and have a good excuse for not going.

I have no sister in my family, I love my older brothers so much. I'm the youngest of my family. Since my first born brother was married last December, He
has a house of his own, which it was our old home since I grew up. I have a remaining brother in my household to love with me. When I was in high school, he
fetched me in school after school hours. Sometimes, he gives me a money for my extra needs to buy food or anything. They are a respectful brothers in the
entire universe.

 Well, the thing is, we all peeked through our handkerchiefs (side note: that's a really strange word if you look at it). So anyway, peeking basically
resulted in all of us immediately finding the kid who was smaller than us, and my older brother had a major advantage.

I tried to off my little brother when he was one (I was three) with a soup can to the noggin while my parents were hauling in the groceries. I had the upper
hand on him until he started wrestling in Jr. High and could get the remote control away from me & hold me back from manually changing the channel. Plus
mom & dad used to let him stay up late when Monday Night Football games ran past 10:00. I hated his guts. Now we're the bestest of friends. He has
sent me two first class airline tickets in the last three years to come visit him & his family in Seattle. He has a very nice wife who loves me too.
Basically treated my little sis like shit for her first sixteen-or-so years. She used to wear my cool clothes & hang them back in my closet, reeking of B.O. It was a pain in the ass. Now that we're all adults things are great. I did recently apologize for being such a bitch though. I think she appreciated that. She's a great person with a hot hubby & cute kids who alllllll lurv me. |

I have 16 brothers and sisters and our names all begin with "J". We have silly arguments like who has to raise the littler kids (since my mom is too
busy getting constantly pregnant) and whose turn it is to make Tot Casserole for the family. But when we do fight, we try to remind each other of our family
motto: JOY - Jesus first, Others second, Yourself last. It really puts things into perspective.
