For me, it did have a crystallizing moment like Charlie's "Where are we?" ... but not in a good way. When they're closing in on nabbing the evil twin and have like, a gazillion SWAT teams and special agents in gas masks going in the front, can't find him, then, whoops! Cut to the back door and he's sneaking out an obvious exit where only Joshua Jackson and his crazy dad are conveniently sitting in a car twiddling their thumbs. Like they'd go to all that bother and not think to entirely surround the building.

I'd been really patient with the unimaginative plot, the multitude of unlikely coincidences, the poor man's Cate Blanchett and the curiously dull insane guy, but this ridiculous plot contrivance just so that Pacey could personally catch the bad guy was simply stupid and lazy. Which, come to think of it, save for the fabulous Blair Brown, describes my overall impression of the entire by-the-numbers pilot.

I do like Josh J.'s (and the other JJ's) work, so I'll watch again just because of the show's pedigree, but that one moment had me literally throwing up my hands and strained plausibility a helluva lot more than that faboo bionic arm.
