The quote I gave about the gorilla came directly from realitybbq.com and it was made by CornerOffice. It only said that the gorilla was a former houseguest.
It did not specify what season.

The gorilla was playing a lot with Dan, so Brian would make sense. I can't see Jessie having an animated personality to pull the gorilla off.

Steven is in Texas, Angie is in Florida, and it's too short to be Brian from what I could tell. Jessie isn't too far out of Los Angeles, and the height is about right. |

It's probably someone from BB9 since it's a tradition that someone from the previous season hosts a competition. |
