Random rant here for people who buy the DVDs.
I love Matt and Trey's mini commentaries on the season sets, like, so much. But over the last couple years Comedy Central has started releasing a few episodes on a DVD (like the Imaginationland trilogy or just a random collection of 10, etc.) and selling it for almost the same price as an entire season set. So obviously I would never buy those. But they make the guys do commentary on that DVD, and then the season set DVD commentary sucks! And it's always episodes I really, really want a good commentary on. Both the Imaginationland episodes and the Scientology episode's commentaries go something like this: "Well, Comedy Central already put this on some other DVD and we did a commentary for that.....I don't know what else to add..." ARGH, mother fuckers! [/rant] |

I think I have only bought one season on DVD. What I hated was that they still bleep the cuss words? WTF?!?! Is it still like that? That doesn't make any
*bleeping* sense to me

The bleeping just ended actually! Newly released season 11 contains all the "fucks" you'd ever want to hear. As for why they were ever bleeped in the first place, I'm pretty sure I remember reading an interview or something several years ago that said the bleeps were always on the episodes, as opposed to censors doing it. Like, they would record the episode, put the bleeps in the sound mix or whatever themselves, and then give it Comedy Central. They just recently changed that. So there was no bleepless version ever made of the earlier episodes. |

Animated Program (For Programming One Hour Or More).

Imaginationland was brilliant. I love that they entered that episode so they could be in the over one hour category <3. Like, what was the competition??
I'm glad to see a start date announced, I'm seriously hoping this run to be an improvement over the spring. |

Yeah but there's no way they'll pass up the chance for a Palin episode. Especially in an election year, they'll want to do it like the week or so
before the election to make sure it's fresh in the 18+ crowd that watches them that Palin is an idiot and we should vote for Obama.
