I've always wanted them to do an inverse pick um' where each person picks someone to be on the other tribe.

The winner of the challenge will pick 1 person to keep safe, then that person picks, then so on until at least 10 remain. The remaining ten then have to go to tribal council.

I would always end up picking the old guy who looked sad (like Willard) and piss everyone off because my heart would break for him. In fact, Willard got picked over a young strong guy and Willard did fuck-all at camp while the young strong guy got to sail away with Wanda-Off-Pitch.
