Except for accepting the offer, he had no control over it. He came into the house just like any other houseguest, so he IS just another player. That could have been anyone. He shouldn't be penalized when it comes to the grand prize because of that week.

It reminded me of Ivette vs Janelle from season 6 (they tied in a tiebreaker, too), except this time, the good guys won. I can't believe she answered that last question (on armwrestling Jessie) the way she did (and good thing she could admit America would think she would get lost going home). And her face after the second tiebreaker was asked was priceless, and then she tried doing the math then and there. I was quite worried. But then Jerry was a complete idiot and handed it to her...
