Pretty much the only show that I give a damn about this summer. Psych has become horrendous and Monk is just played out, but BN is still a must-see for me.
Can't wait for tomorrow's episode, looks great as usual. |

I can't believe that the entire series for this show this summer is only 9 episodes. What's the point? I've seen mini-series longer than this. If
this show really is the "Summer Blockbuster" that USA claims it is, you would think they would want to invest a little more into it.

This show sucks ass now, I usually just find myself keeping it on in the background while I do something else instead of watching. I can't decide whether
the show has started sucking or if the show is just getting so predictable:
Michael finds a new client, Michael scopes out the bad guy and finds out guns are involved, Michael pretends to be someone else, Michael enlists help from one of his friends, Fi gets Michael out of a tight spot with her "good looks", Guns, Explosion, Bad Guy goes down, Client offers Michael money but he doesn't take it. |

Good heavens, page 9?! The recent ep with Otter from Animal House (Larry) was OUTSTANDING! Finally, they broke free of the tiresome formula and interwove 2
Carla storylines into one ep. Sort of. That was a Burn Notice ep of old. I cannot wait for the finale! BTW, it looks like this part one of season 2. The show
will be back in the winter for another half season.

I now realize that no one else is watching.
Why you hate Michael so much? The midseason finale blew chunks, what with the exploding front doors and complete disdain for the viewers, not to mention as hamhanded a cliffhanger as has ever been televised, and which 100% negated the second season promise this series had when he blindly drove into that semi last summer, but dayum! Complete indifference? No one even cares to hate on it? Hardcore. It's Fi, isn't it? You can't bear to watch this thing, wishing you were Campbell. And socializing with her. |

I missed the midseason finale. I think I have it on tape somewhere in the pile of other tapes I haven't gotten around to watching in the past 2 months.
This time around the show just didn't have that certain something the first season had. I can still watch the season 1 dvd and enjoy the episodes but
something was missing this time around. The formula for each episode was quite heavy handed? obvious? forced? It was pretty much the same formula the first
season but it was more enjoyable then: fresher writing maybe?
I just didn't get into this season. I watch most of the episodes but was meh about them. I hope whatever that spark was the first season is something they can recapture in the last half of this season. |

I love this show! Got my folks hooked on it last year, and was very excited to see it back this year.
I loved the bit in the mid season finale where Michael is on the phone quoting from the Bible and telling the bad guy he realizes it was all a test, he's done, etc. but he's really looking at Fiona and his words are meant for her. Looks like they'll be getting them back together - good! I agree that the subplots are getting a little monotonous. I like having subplots, but mixing it up a little would be good. Love the running joke about yogurt. Love Bruce Campbell. I would like to see more of Nate. As for Sharon Gless, I have a hard time buying her in this role, because I keep seeing her as Debbie from Queer as Folk (whose son's name was, coincidentally, Michael) In Plain Sight is a terrific show, as is Burn Notice. Liking one doesn't mean hating the other. I like them both. The finale of In Plain Sight was hands down the best episode of the bunch. When she tells her her mother "you don't get to rewrite history" ....great scene. Terrific acting, emotional scenes. I hope this show is returning. |
