Whoa...looks like they are trying to show us all that they still love each other and ol Jon is in fact sticking
around...I do not think they would renew their vows under normal conditions..it is all TLC trying to make them look like a loving couple..gotta love
it!

Well, ask and ye shall receive! One of the recent epis this past winter - maybe the Utah trip one? - Kate said she wished they could all go to Hawaii next and
they could renew their wedding vows. "Right honey?" she asked Jon. "Um, uh, mmphlllfffp whatever," he said.
Guess they got someone to spring for the trip! Who are they to say no?

Kate always over-packs for all of their trips, so guess TLC will be paying for all the check-in luggage they'll take with them. |

I just watched their very first show, before the series. They actually had chemistry together of a couple with their body language. Things are very different
in the couch confessionals these days with the disdain they show for each other. I noticed that there wasn't one "love tap". The change in 3
years is pretty amazing.

I don't know why anyone would choose to have that many kids, lol.Did you read the story about the Egyptian woman who wanted a boy so she took fertility drugs? She already had three girls and ended up with septuplets...four boys and three girls. One of them actually weighed six pounds. i think jon's korean grandmother lived in hawaii when she first came to the states, so he feels a connection to it. there was an episode where he cooked
some traditional hawaiian foods for the kids from recipes she taught him

I don't know..I am not the only one who thinks they take advantage of all the freebies...I can see giving them one or two
vacations,and "some" free stuff..but come on.they have a different vacation or event for every episode,and not a romp in the nearest park either,they
get major trips..not to mention all the free name brand clothes,toys,furniture,..etc..etc...etc...I understand that's alot of kids and it is nice to have
all that..hell..I have 3 kids..and I can't dream of taking my kids anywhere like that..maybe I should call TLC and ask for my own show?..teehee..My
point..I love the show,the kids are darling but I simply think they take advantage a little..more than a little..I would feel guilty.
One more thing..I gotta say..Kate has GOT TO find a new hairdresser!!!!!!!!..I cannot stand that mashed up pile in the back and long in the front bob..she is always flipping it out of her eyes..come on..just shave it and start over...LOL

The show should have just kept to an annual update. J&K have sold out and are full on exploiting their children...for their own gain. It has far surpassed
just getting what they need to take care of their kids. They are raking it in, and while I don't know for sure, I would guess that they don't have
trust funds set up, but will blow through the money and those kids are not going to be set for their futures. Sucks to be them when the tax bill comes in for
their $2million house and TLC bails on them. They will just have to continue their church presentation and pass around the basket for the "love
offerings" and selling the $20 pictures for cash ONLY.

I'm fairly certain that they met with an attorney during one episode, made out a will, and trust for the kids.
