Two things:
1) The vote wouldn't be unanimous since Ollie would vote against Jerry.

2) It could get even better than that. I say that Renny calls Jerry into her HOH room after nominating him, and tells him that if he doesn't apologize to Dan, publicly, during his "goodbye" speech on Thursday that he will be evicted. I guarantee that the old piece of shit would do it.
