So apparently Hugh Jackman surprised the Marvel panel yesterday and showed up with a short Q&A and then some footage from the new Wolverine movie. It's not online yet, someone did manage to get some screencaps!!

Yea, it as revealed a while ago that Wolverine had his claws before they added the adamantium to his skeleton, they were bone claws.

I remember the baby bone claws. The adamantium process only covered his bones with adamantium. They didn't install claws at the same time.
