I totally expect Mookie to go next week because he's from Toronto and was safe this week. It's amazing how quickly people get complacent.
Sebastian will be a permanent bottom 3 dweller until he finally gets booted, which will be around top 6. Mark, Drew and Mitch hopefully are the next 3 to go.
I hate to say this but, Jaydee was really good tonight. |

Missed the results show but no surprise that Katherine is gone, 2 fucking girls in the finals, that's not Canada's style. Luckily the last girl
standing winning is highly possible.
Goddess Amberly ftw, can't wait to see Canada get sick of each guy week by week and pick them off. Plus this makes me 2 for 2 in my Top 10 elimination picks. |

I really enjoyed Unplugged week in CI4 - I liked everyone that night except Craigina - but that was when they didn't play their instruments every darned
week. Smartguy's right, this Unplugged week is going to be a retread of what we've already seen from all these competitors.

Yes there was a CI5 Unplugged week. That was the week when Gregorilla did "I'm Ready" by Bryan Adams and Carly Rae did "Torn" by
Natalie Imbruglia. The best 2 of the night.

Unplugged Week is always excellent but yeah now that they're allowed to play instruments every week there's not necessarily a need for it.
Oh btw fuck Canada for having Amberly in the bottom 3. Manada and KKKanada must have conspired hard after an all male bottom 3 last week, they were like fuck the girls and fuck Quebec. Also "Redemption Song" was fucking perfection. |

Oh yeah, I remember CI5 Unplugged night now. Yeah, those two were good that night. We all laugh at Gregorilla's ego being punctured (justifiably), but
there's no denying that he put in some good performances.
Unplugged night on CI4 was the only time I liked Tyler, when he sang "If You Could Only See". And Steffi's "Lovefool"...and Ashley's "Crying"...and Eva's "How Come You Don't Call"... |

'Redemption Song' was Amberly's best yet. I like Sebastian, but out of those 3 he should have been the one to go. What really irritates me is
Mark, Mitch and Drew's presence in the top 8. I like Mitch sometimes but he's only here still because he's from Nova Scotia. He's the most
forgettable person there next to Drew whose getting by on Collingwood votes. Mark I won't even start on.
 They need to go soon. Oh and I echo
SHC's comment on Drew's fans (on the CTV board) being annoying.

I don't get the Sabastien love at all. Sure he is good looking but a singer, he ain't. Realistically, based on performance, he was the one who should
have been punted not Katherine. Don't get me wrong, I am not a huge Katherine fan, but she was light years better than he was and that didn't take a
whole helluva lot to do.
Drew and Mitch will stick around for a bit because they are middle of the road type performers. They take no real risks and are not controversial. I know the Mitch fans will want to lynch me for that and I will likey be Dead.to.them. Evs. I want to like Mitch but I find myself holding my breath through his performances, hoping he doesn't go off key or run out of steam. I think he could do relatively well in the music biz if he defines who he is musically and stays within that comfort zone, otherwise, he will be another in a long line of wannabees that never were. Drew on the other hand, is a good journeyman musician who will make a decent living but not become a huge star. Unless he has a ton of original music that appeals to a wide audience, hitherto unseen, he will slip back nto the bar band cover tune category. |

Even Mark makes people react to him. Drew and Mitch are both a big pile of meh.

Middle of the road imo can get you into the Top 2/3 but luckily it doesn't usually get you the win. Exceptional people like Eva tend to win in the end over
crappy people who make it to the end for various reasons, mainly regional voting and cuteness.
Sebastian is so fucking pretty to look at, I just wish he sang better, or would at least make better song choices like he did during the semis. May I also say how shitty Drew's song choice was. Blind Fucking Melon, it was Rock and Roll Heaven, not One Hit Wonder Graveyard. "Redemption Song" was fucking breath taking, I must go repeatedly watch the Youtube. |

I don't get why Sebastian's performances was so bad, he was one of my favs of the night. It sounded like something from the 50's and I really
enjoyed it. I was confused as to why they told him he can't sing when
1. They put him there 2. Mitch and Earl are there I don't get it. I was never a big Seb fan but that performance made me pick up the phone and vote for him last night. |
