And, in all honesty, it wouldn't have mattered after last week whether Steven was social or not. Look at Angie. She's pretty social in the house, but because she was connected to Brian, some people hate her. Steven just got unlucky in the sense that he was the next chosen target. I do think it was dumb to not go to Jessie's room, but he would've probably done something else (in Jessie's eyes) to disrespect Jessie. Some of the people (Libra and Keesha come to mind) have stated they hate having to get rid of him (why, then, they don't get rid of Dan is beyond me). So, it's certainly not that he's disliked. It's all about the evil Brian. |

I agree that the guilt by association with Brian angle is useless now, especially since he's gone now and Ollie jumped ship faster than April at a nun
convention, but it seems to be the only way that the majority will go without busting up the major mini-alliances just yet. Each side is afraid to make the
first move at the moment. All I saw of Steven from jump (game-wise) was when Brian approached him - then it seemed you couldn't peel him away from Brian.
Steven should have spread himself out more from the gitgo, is all I'm saying. He and Dan were too attached to Brian's hip.

Steven's wasn't.Marcellas stayed as long as he did because Gerry was stupid enough to take pity on him and then Danielle saw him as a useful idiot. He cared more about his ego than about what would help him to win. He was disloyal to everyone and would have lost to pretty much anyone if he'd made the end of the game. I don't think Steven was a good player, but he also had none of the lucky breaks Marcellas had. He's probably better off leaving now, as he will at least be seen as one of maybe two BB gays who did not completely humiliate themselves. |
