a let's shit on Mark night. The hip hop was high energy, etc. and the judges liked it but their reaction was a little subdued, compared to the audience. And Mark was really good in the foxtrot (Comfort not so good) but the judges didn't really say much about that and just said it sucked.

And Will got a standing ovation, when his solo was nothing like the last solo to do get a standing ovation (Danny in final 4).

Dmitry did the Joshie Argentine Tango.

Danity Kane's Damaged for Chelsie, which Kat mentioned.

I agree that Twitchee contemp, Joshie disco, Markfort Hip Hop, Courtney's solo and Will's solo were the best of the night.



Mark and Comfort's hip hop was about what kids do in detention when the teacher is away. There were some desks on the stage.

Courtney and Will's slow hip hop was about seeing a lover who has passed on, and Will played a ghost. Courtney had some weird thing in her hair, and the judges commented that she looked kind of like a 1920s flapper.

Twitch and Katee's contemp was about a tumultuous relationship where Katee is kind of abusive to Twitch.

Twitch and Katee's broadway was about "Sweet Georgia Brown" trying to seduce some guy that has no interest in her.

Joshua and Chelsie's disco had a lot of crazy lifts. Joshua is insanely strong.

Dmitry said that Joshua and Chelsie's tango was supposed to be set when Tango was on the outskirts of society and was only performed in underground clubs. Nigel said it didn't feel like they got that feeling into it.

I don't remember what the story behind the Markfort foxtrot. Mary said that they had the worst closed hold in the history of the show. They were all pretty mean about it, but that's the only specific critique I remember.

Mary said that Courtney was smoking in the samba, and Will was pretty good but got stiff sometimes.

The only dance the judges didn't seem to like was the Fox Trot by Mark and Comfort. Personally, I thought the judges were all on board with Mark and Comfort's hip hop routine. I thought they offered nothing but praise for it.

The samba by Will and Courtney was great. The judges had nothing but praise for it. Again, the only dance of the night that the judges didn't seem to like was the Fox Trot. Everything else got high praises. And Toni couldn't seem to limit herself to anything less than 20 minutes. So long-winded. Hip hop was more typical of Napoleon and Tabitha's style, which I'm a fan of, so I thought it was great. Judges loved it, and they seem to be a big fan of Courtney. Haven't noticed that as much as I did at that taping.

The comtemporary piece by Twitch and Katee was awesome. Judges loved it. They also nailed their broadway piece.

Joshua and Chelsie brought it with both of their pieces. Judges loved their tango and they both looked really strong. They did compare it to Chelsie's previous tango and liked this one much more. The disco was also really great and had some incredible lifts.

Judges didn't like Comfort's solo, and I didn't like Mark's solo either. And I'm a Mark fan. Will's solo was by far my favorite because it got a ton of personality in there. And there you go.

If Mark truly was the worst, I guess I am okay with his leaving. Katee FTW!
