I didn't do it, but you were just supposed to go for a walk (I think there was a schedule) an take notes to report things to police. There was one walker there who did get punched due to doing the NW. Here, there is a NW sign up to scare criminals but I've never heard anything about it here. There is so much B & E here that I even keep my doors locked when I'm at home out in the yard during the day.
