And I don't remember where those women are from, but when I worked in the oilfields in Montana and North Dakota, the lack of fresh produce in the tiny grocery stores in the small towns was appalling. Most of the people bought canned vegetables, so there were very few frozen items. Frozen vegetables = corn, peas and mixed vegetables. It was sad.
Then why do you think beans are fattening and full of carbs? Your school should be ashamed.
