I agree about Will's partnering skills, or were the issues they had all Katee's fault, just they were all Jessica's?

Heidi was probably my least fave of the girls and most guys season 2 and by the end she was my 3rd favorite dancer, right behind Benji and Travis, but I thought she was the best dancer of all of them for overall versatility, etc. Heidi has serious talent as a dancer and should have beat out Donyelle, at the very least, at the finals that season. |

I liked Natalie a lot. In fact, if Donyelle had gone out at top 8 and the other three women (Alison, Natalie and Heidi) had then gone out in the order they did, I would have thought the girls had gone out in the perfect order. Travis was my favorite that year, but if I'm being honest, he had more bombs than Heidi, who was always at least very good... |

Heidi was not that good. She was better than Donyelle, but Natalie and Allison? Ha. Bitches please. She had no sex appeal outside of the fact that she
(most likely) had a vagina. And I don't think she elevated any of the guys she danced with. In fact, Benji was never dorkier than when he danced with
cousin Heidi.

I don't think Alison had any sex appeal, either. She was a fine technician, but she was kind of blank and boring. Natalie had more sex appeal than all the
other women of that season combined. That more than made up for the few, minor shortcomings in her dancing.

Natalie was awesome - I saw her do a duet with Travis on tour and it was great. I really wanted to see them paired at least once.
I found this on another forum - some guy had some time on his hands I guess. If there aren't any repeat couples, this is how it can go down next week. Unless the show allows pairings of couples to repeat, there are only six possible sets of pairings for next week (because Joshua can't be with Katee or Courtney, etc): |

Wow! This thread has become like the America's Next Top Model thread. Everybody is talking about past seasons. Maybe we need a past season thread, like
they have.

It's probably the same scenario like with Sara..Sara was amazing, but realistically she probably couldn't have overcome the massive fanbases of Lacey and Sabra that were concrete by that point. Courtney probably can't take out Chelsie/Katee but I imagine the gap between her and Comfort is close enough for Comfort to knock her out. Heidi was amazing. Between the final 4 either her or Travis should have won. Top 10 and onward she was stealing the show every week and kept building momentum, but it wasn't in the judge's agenda, apparently |

X Her initial parner (Ryan?) was kind of a dud. If she had been paired with somebody more fan-motivating (Think Travis or Dimitry or even Ivan), she may have gained momentum much earlier. |

Ooooh. On one hand I am so tempted to root for Comfort as the Sanjaya of the competition, but on the other hand, I don't think it's fair that she was
brought back after she was eliminated. I'm torn.

Augh I HATE having to wait until Saturday's to watch the eps. I feel so behind and then my posts are fucking novella's. Key points are highlighted
for those who would like the cliff notes.
Loved loved loved the girls group dance. Breathtaking. She may be batshit crazy, but the bitch can choreograph some amazing dances. I was very sad to see Gev go over Mark. He has such personality and absolute joy in his dancing. His solo's are pretty much the best I've personally seen on this show. Most of them are usually forgettable, but I find that I re-watch his solo's multiple times because they are that damn good. I really think based on the dancing this week the bottom 4 were pretty much correct. Gev is my only exception (sorry Twitch, but he is much more versatile than you) he was great in the jive and I liked him in the contemporary dance as well. I thought Comfort's waltz was pretty good and the Hip Hop was really good. Mark and Kherington were just plain awful. I have to say I really don't get the Mark obsession that some folks have. I honestly cannot remember a single one of his dances two seconds after the show is over. His fanbase thing freaks me the fuck out too. The judges were right that he balks when he doesn't have a character to play and it was like Kherington hit a brick wall and just plumb gave up. Josh and Katee ownage AGAIN. Both of their dances were great. That Rhumba was ROWR. Katee is just breathtaking. I'm really hoping they make it into the final two. Josh is the most improved and gets better each week. Katee could be tossed the worst piece of shit choreography ever known to mankind and she'd still nail it. I really end up rooting for the dancers that come in and just blow you away with how they evolve over the course of the show. To me that's true essence of what this show is about. Other than Josh, Katee or Gev I really don't think any of the other dancers have done that. Pas De Deux controversy. I thought it was an amazing dance choreographed by an even more amazing dancer. Desmond dances and time actually stops for me. I ferverntly hope he comes back to perform. I thought Will and Katee did an amazing job. I could not picture any of the others doing that dance at all. No way. Oh and to the person who was disgusted because it wasn't a true Pas De Deux um...duh.....it was choregraphed by Desmond Richardson. His trademark is contemporary ballet and no one does it better. I could watch Will and Katee forever they are just that damn good. |

I totally agree and those dimples...are so sweet. Josh is a raw dancer with heart. Image if he had trained under Debbie Allen. |

The girl's number was beautiful. I have no problem with Mia Michaels. She can be a bitch all she wants in my book, as long as she gives me numbers like
that to watch.
I do like Katee and liked her from the start. Joshua as well. And it's nice for once I am liking the dancers who look like they have a real chance of winning. Unlike seasons past. Sabra was okay last year, but Danny was amazing. Danny was elegant and his dance looked effortless. For me, he was just a true pleasure to watch him. I know Will is a very good dancer as well, but hands down Danny was better for me. I feel no connection to Will. I wonder if the Will pimpage has to do with Danny not taking it last year. It kinda hurt the show's cred last year when Danny didn't win, IMHO. So they're pushing Will to get it back? As for other years: I hated Benji with a passion. And by extension Donyelle. And Donyelle was a piss poor dancer. Always a step or 2 behind in group numbers. Natalie was the bomb for me. She was a good dancer, strong and yet feminine at the same time. Hell, even Heidi would have been better than benji, who if memory serves me right, never had to dance a comtemporary piece the whole season. Then he had the nerve to come back next season and drop his pants. I also hated the number he made for Katte and Joshua. It sucked. |
