Very good! The immunity twist was interesting and made for an interesting tribal council.

Alexis ALMOST getting voted out! Ugh! If only!

Brooke - CPN3 (I could see MOR, she talked some strategy but it wasn't too complex.)

Kathy - UTRP2 (I could see MOR because of her fishing scene, but in the grand scheme of the episode, she was UTR.)

Mary - MORN4 (I could see CP, and even OTT. I went with MOR just to be safe.)

Dammit! I thought Alexis would finally get the boot. Ugh, I didn't like the twist because it reminded me of Fiji and I would like to forget that season as a whole.

-No reward challenge, looks like some big twist is coming... what could it be, maybe the S14 merge twist of two new tribes competing with no time to discuss the vote.

-Man the majority alliance is stupid and deaf to not hear what Alexis said to Aras about TC and the challenge and realize who they should be targeting.

-I wonder if Tracy was trying to lose the challenge on purpose, she seemed very... suspicious to me standing there doing nothing, with Jeff commenting on it several times

I'm really giving reverse ratings two weeks in a row based on the content of the episode, but I found this episode slower and more predictable then I thought it would be after the preview information last time.

I thought for sure we'd see someone jumping ships almost immediately after the twist got announced. Instead it just felt pretty obvious that a tie would happen, to the point of me even writing that surely a tie wouldn't happen if it was that obvious, though I knew the episode didn't seem to be pointing in the direction of a betrayal the first vote. By the time TC rolled around I figured there's no way you'd have one of Aras' group go home, and no way it's a 4-2 or 3-2-1 vote on the first vote based on the build up.

To the people who got spoiled from the TC not being posted at first, sorry to hear it, I always download the episodes because YuKu boards tend to at times shut down for many hours for 'maintenance work', and I wouldn't want to read half the episode, then not be able to load the next page of the topic and the other half of the episode.

Ironicly the duo who trusts each other the least, and stabbed each other in the back multiple times could end up holding all of the power next episode, but only by staying together, and having 2 trios to pick between.

Thank you very much for your predictions! I guarantee there is going to be an interesting dynamic between Tracy and Mikey once again.

Excellent job on those Edgic ratings as always, and very insightful thoughts on the top three contenders. I enjoyed reading those and you definitely made some great points that should be considered.

1. Tracy (She had a strong start, but now she's really toned down lately, she no longer feels like that "everything goes my way 100% of the time" girl she was a few episodes before the merge, when she felt like a huge decoy winner from that. Now she's improved while the others have weakened)

Very good point. And she might have come on a little strong with CPs at the start too, so I suppose it's helped that she went a bit more MORish lately.

2. Brooke (Something just hasn't quite felt right about her, and I think I know what now, she's felt too... 'blah' and forgetable this season, with not much characterization other then some strategy scenes. No other winners have felt this way after 10 episodes, you could characterize them in some words other then 'strategist', Brooke, however can be really called a strategist it feels. Tracy on the other hand, while being a strategist has also been shown to be smart, persuasive, a risk taker willing to work with her main enemy (who's screwed her twice now, though the first time was more her fault) to get farther in the game)

This is also very true. I still find it really strange that she's never cracked a 4 in visibility yet. I think there were 2 episodes where this was a close call, but the majority always votes for 3. Hmm...

You forgot to post the tribal council part but you posted the visibility charts which had Kathy under the eliminated category plus people had already responded who read it off the link on page 1 like I do.

Fair episode. The twist was totally unfair and I hated that Kathy had to go home because of that ( just like I hated the similar twist in real Fiji ) but then again, I definately see why the twist was there since it seemed to work best for the story. Also, liked that Alexis finally got some character.

The TC and the strategy around it, everybody had cool strategies this time ( Alexis coughing, Mikey waiting to see what happens before betraying mates etc. )

Brooke - CPN3 (Okey she was defo negative this time, this is not fandom anymore. Talking trash about everybody and hoping fall for her own alliance = N. Also see contenders.)

Mary - CP4 ( Everything was kinda possible with her. Even though there were some OTTish elements, I don't think your intention was OTTN but rather something between MORN and CPN, after all, she had lots of insights. Then again, she explained every move thorough and you didn't really feel she was the bitch, but that she was overshadowed by Brooke. I understand the N but static neutral would describe her better. )

1. Tracy

Clearly the best story right now, her weakness is the merge episode and the lack of story post-merge, but if you say you didn't mean to write anyone off in the merge episode that's alright. Also, she has good options to win by developing an own story or being the winner of Brooke's big loss.

3. Brooke

I will be extremely disappointed if she wins, for in the real show the winner would never be edited like this. The winner would not talk trash about positive players, and the winner would not be shown that arrogant at any point. That's right, I think Brooke is already worse than what Aras ever was. And that's not even the real reason I dare to rule her out, it's the fact that she could've had so many better routes into winning this thing from episode4 onwards, but she went bitchy. Not winning.

I thought strategically, it was a great episode. Definitely implemented a strategy that nobody has seen before (voting for the person you don't want to see go so they'll be safe in a purple rock situation). Mikey's wavering definitely reminds me of Candice in All-Stars, but I'm glad he's got some plans; it seems all the strategy from that group revolves around Tracy and Brooke. Yay for me predicting the twist, and I'm glad Eliza and Brooke could survive another day (Sherea just isn't doing it for me this season). A tense Tribal Council, but I'm not that sad to see Kathy go. The season just took an interesting twist!

All the strategic turmoil that went on. We had no idea if the vote would be 3-3, 4-2, or 3-2-1.

I'd give it a 9.

Tracy and Kathy: How did you not think that Mikey could waver? If you did, would there be a back-up plan?

Sherea or Mary, neither of which have a story.

( Then again to be fair, I truly hate her with passion now, and some of this comments reflect my hatred towards her and my fandom for Aras. You should be proud that I'm rooting and hating people like this in a fanfic! )

I really liked it, I really like the challenges and rewards and the twists in the game.
