I didn't know that Sybil's middle name was Patricia. I guess you learn something new everyday!
I'm glad that Sybil and Luna haven't showed up on the list yet. I wonder how high they will be placed on this list? Also No Dumbledore <3 in the Top 10? I thought that he was one of the better characters of the series.

#10 Moaning Myrtle Myrtle is one of the coolest ghost in the entire series, even if she is only featured in the second book. Love the scene when she saw Harry submerged in the water. <3 
#9 Sirius Black Sirius is the real deal. He will always find a way to help Harry even if he is in danger.
