Jeff Probst Thoughts on the contestants Pre Game.
Collin - was the winner of Survivor Turkey, which will either cause him to be an early boot or a
valuable member to his tribe. Collin has a lot too offer; he is good in challenges, has a good social game and is a very nice guy who plays the game of
Survivor with integrity. However many people may say he's a little bit too nice, and let's himself get pushed around way too easily. He is very
likely to get himself into the wrong alliance.
Winner's chances - Average
Dmitri - Made it to third place in his previous season, but with his knowledge of the show, along with his social game and his athletic ability, he may get even further this season. On the other hand some people he may find him cocky and he may tend to rub his tribe mates the wrong way. He may possibly come across as an early threat, which may also get him an early boot.
Winner's chances - Good
Olympe - Is a person who takes his religion very seriously, and relies on his moral integrities to get him through the game. On his first time
around in Survivor East Timor, Olympe tended to force his religion on the other tribe members, but made it far in the game because his tribe members were
very open about it. Coming into this game of with a couple of new tribe mates, he may need to work on toning
himself down a bit.
Winner's chances - Average
Ah'Ctihn - Was definitely one of our most memorable players. He is snarky and full of himself which makes him really fun to watch. Though he is
popular with Survivor fans and with the audience, his tribe members may think he's stuck up and condescending, and he may very well rub people the wrong
way. On the plus side, Ah'Ctihn is a hard core survivor fan, and knows all the right stuff to make it far in the game.
Winner's chances - Fairly Good
Erik - Is another fan favorite. The gentle giant of Survivor East Timor was not only admired for his
athletic ability, but also for his interesting background story. Being the devoted father of an autistic/retarded girl, Erik has a good reason to play for
the million dollars, and is a very devoted player. Though he appears tough, Erik is a real sweet heart. He may come across as an early threat, or he may be a
valuable tribe member.
Winner's chances - Good
Tropigilligis - We just didn't think it would make sense to have an all star season with out
this quirky roll playing geek. James nicknamed Tropigilligis, is very different than any survivor we have ever casted, which was why he was so popular with
survivor fans. Like Ah'Ctihn however, he may not be too popular with his tribe mates, he may very easily become an object of ridicule. Being one of the
only survivors on his tribe from the season Madagascar, he may have to work really hard to work his way into an alliance, which may be hard for him, because
he lacks social skills. The reason he made it far in Madagascar was because he was on the winning tribe, and because he is good in challenges. Hopefully
he'll luck out again
Winner's chances - Not good.
Gary - It's almost impossible to forget
about this runner up, Gary Was the Ah'Ctihn of Survivor Turkey. He is also cocky and cynical and full of snarky comments. At the age of 40 Gary is the
oldest player this season, but he is so physically fit and good looking, that no one would ever know. He may take advantage of his age, and talk down to the
other players. On the plus side of everything, he may also be a good mentor as he was for Collin in Survivor Turkey.
Winners Chances - Fairly Good
Eric - Seems to have first boot written all over him, his annoying personality may rub people the
wrong way from the very beginning. However he made it to 6th place in Survivor Turkey that is because people take advantage of the fact that Eric is by no
means a threat in the game of survivor, and makes the perfect final two goat. Though he is annoying, he is the kind of person who never seems to go away.
Winners Chances - Not Good.
Allen - Is real quiet, and tends to be more of an observer and listener rather than a talker. Being
the youngest member of his tribe, Allen is very likely to become easily intimidated by his older tribe mates, and is very likely to keep to himself. He is
very good in challenges, and made it to second place by winning back to back immunities. Allen is definitely what we might refer to as the "Strong
silent type"
Winners Chances - Fairly Good
Kiki - Like Erik, is another character with an intriguing background story. Being born and raised in
a third world African country, Kiki knows all about the games of survival. She takes advantage of her knowledge of survival skills and may strike her tribe
mates as bossy. Despite the fact that she appears weak and frail and stands at 4'7 feet, Kiki is actually one of our strongest members, and a real
challenge threat. She has a fun and bubbly personality, and though she doesn't know much English, she is a real chatterbox.
Winners Chances - Good.
Lucy - Was the fun loving giant of Survivor Turkey. Audiences have enjoyed watching her on TV,
because she is so awkward and klutzy, and is very likely to trip over her own two feet. Lucy was famous in Survivor Turkey for being the tribe's pariah,
but in the end she was able to prove, that though she's tall and klutzy, she still had a very good physical game.
Winner's chances - Good
Chelsea - Not only was she the first Diabetic
to play the game of survivor, but she was also the first Diabetic winner. Though prior to coming on the show she was irresponsible about her disease,
claiming that it was her disease and she could handle it however she wanted, coming on the show has helped her learn to become more serious, she impressed
the audience by keeping her diabetes under control during her whole 39 days in Cuba. Chelsea was also very popular for her witty and snarky personality. She
is basically the female equivalent of Ah'Ctihn/Gary.
Winner's chances - Average.
Justice - Was definitely not your typical winner. Being the youngest of 7 and the only girl in her
family, Justice has always been her parent's favorite and has always been extremely sheltered. As a matter of fact, Going on Survivor East Timor was her
first time away from home. Both the audience and other players were all convinced that she would be an early boot. At the beginning, she was shy emotional,
and cried very easily, but eventually came out of her shell. Justice has grown up a lot since her last season of Survivor, and I'm thinking it will be
easier for her this time; however she is very likely to be shy around her new tribe members and may revert to her old self.
Winners Chances - Average.
Nicole - Surprisingly got very far in her last season, being a lawyer, she is very bossy and
argumentive, which is usually not a very good trait on survivor. However she got far by riding coat tails and became a fan favorite. Fans love to watch her
because she is basically the kind of person who we all love to hate. She is not expected to last long this season, because it was pretty much just a fluke
that she made it so far in Turkey.
Winners Chances - Not Good
Angel - This Austrian beauty was definitely memorable, and definitely an All star, she was a final two and the winner of America's tribal council, but most famously, she was the first survivor ever to be on two tribes. Angel is extremely talkative and friendly, and had good alliances on both of the tribes. However she often has trouble keeping her mouth shut, and tends to blab about other players behind there backs. Also at times she can be a bit too helpful, and should probably back off a bit, if she wants to get far this time around, she won't have the advantage of being on more than one tribe this season, so she might want to tone herself down this time. Winners Chances - Average
Jaymi - Is your classic Bad Ass bitch. Being born and raised in Brooklyn, Jaymi knows how to take
care of herself and doesn't need anyone else to help her get through the game, though she is not book smart, she is definitely street smart, and knows
how and when to watch her back and her front. She is the kind of person who you would want on your side, but not the kind of person you'd want for your
enemy. She is also a real drama queen, and tends to blow the tiniest things out of proportion. Though a lot of her personality traits wouldn't get her
far in the game, Jaymi is very compassionate and hard working in challenges and around camp. Though she is tough, she definitely has a soft side to her.
Winners Chances - Good
Amara - We all remember as being the girl with a quiet voice but a loud free spirited personality to
make up for it. Unlike Jaymi who feels she doesn't need anyone to help her through the game, Amara is the kind of person who thrives on attention from
other people, even if it is negative attention. Unlike Jaymi, Amara has a lot of difficulty standing up for herself, but hopefully we will see her get better
at it this season. Though she seems to be the life of the party, deep down she is lonely and insecure, she trusts people way too easily and is likely to find
herself in the wrong alliance.
Winners Chances - Average.
Iris - Likes to live her life to the fullest. Her personality is very reckless, impulsive and
crazy, which is what really attracted her to survivor fans. She is a real go getter, and is always ready for whatever challenge awaits them. Her tribe mates
may find her a bit hard to keep up with, and her enthusiasm may get on their nerves, especially if other people are in a bad mood.
Winner's chances - Good
